Muy mala, la entrada en el apartamento se hacía con un código, el cual no funcionó y tuve que buscar otro hotel ya que no respondían a las llamadas No quieren devolverme la noche

The hotel was conveniently located, clean, quiet and with on-site parking. The staff was very friendly. Be aware, there aren't any self-service laundry facilities at the hotel, or in Uruguay for that matter, so plan on bringing enough clothes for your entire stay as the cost for the hotel to launder your clothes is astronomical.

Es war schade, daß man um 13 Uhr nicht einchecken konnte, obwohl das Zimmer gewiß fertig war. Die Rezeptionistin sprach nicht Englisch, was bei einem Hotel der Hilton-Kette schwach ist. Im Speisesaal liefen Fernseher, was sehr störend war. Der Bartender war super. Der Sichtschutz am Hotel war völlig verdreckt.

Excelente hotel para quem busca conciliar qualidade, acesso ao aeroporto, à Zonamerica, vinícolas e saída para Punta del Este. Além disso, tem uma vista linda da lagoa (fica às margens da lagoa e da avenida principal), e localizado ao lado do Parque Roosevelt. Longe do centro do bairro de Carrasco e muito longe do Centro de Montevideo. Talvez o único inconveniente. Mas vale pela bela localização!

Muy bien ubicado si quieres estar de paso y cerca del aeropuerto, cerca de un lindo Lago. Poco bullicioso por la cercanía de una autopista.

My husband and I stay at the Hampton by Hilton Montevideo Carrasco every time we visit Uruguay, and it never disappoints! We absolutely love the property's condition and facilities—everything feels modern and well-maintained. The area around the hotel is also quite nice, providing a good balance of convenience and tranquility. However, we were a bit disappointed with the cleanliness issues during our last two stays, which was a bit disappointing since it’s not what we’ve come to expect from this hotel. We’re hoping this was just a temporary setback and that things will be back to their usual high standards on our next visit. Overall, we still highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, excellent facilities, and the warm hospitality of the staff. Looking forward to our next visit! 💖

Pasamos una noche antes de ir al aeropuerto. Todo excelente incluyendo la cena en el restaurant.

Uma ótima opção para quem quer ficar hospedado com conforto, modernidade e próximo ao aeroporto. Está 30 min de distância do centro de Montevideo. Oferece quartos com vista para o lago e é muito bonito. Tem uma piscina com deck com vista para o lago, estava em manutenção, mas super agradável e bonita visão. Café da manhã bom também. Oferece um pátio para estacionamento não coberto e gratuito. Me hospedei somente por uma noite, mas quando voltar para Montevideo, está será minha opção.

Hotel novo, numa região onde se depende de carro

Hotel bom. Precisa melhorar a limpeza do quarto e banheiro.

Hotel very handy for airport however traffic noise from dual carriageway means you may not sleep. Hotel restaurant worst experience of my life. One girl serving waiting over 20 minutes just to get a drink never mind order food. Restaurant too small for hotel. Get down early or you will have big queue for seat for breakfast which is very good. Howver buffet area poor layout and congested. maid turned up at 1700 while i was relaxing. so i have no maod service. no signs to ask if they can make up room or not disturb. Reception staff very good. Shame about the rest of the staff. Pool excellent.

The staff were friendly, and easy to check in and check out. We enjoyed the breakfast and the dulce de leche!
