Ryan and JamieLee were very accommodating. I liked that they offered a free shuttle to the cruise port. It is located near many stores and bars and restaurants. I will definitely stay there again!

Not so good due to staffing in some ateas

Clean rooms, friendly staff. Breakfast should be included in the room price also we had to pay for the parking. All of these additional costs should be part of the room prices. And unfortunately there are no fresh vegetables available on the continental breakfast.

Die Zimmer waren sauber und zweckmässig ausgestattet. Die Klimaanlage hat super funktioniert. Hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon, diese sind allerdings nur über eine recht steile Treppe erreichbar.

Staff was amazing and hotel was very comfortable and convenient to our cruise.

What struck me: You get a very good gin as a welcome drink in your room. Unusual, but I liked it, even though I don't usually drink spirits. The gym is well equipped for a hotel. Even heavy training with barbells is possible.

Hotel was great and very comfy in the beds. BUT on the top floor (5) is NOT good to stay in as it’s right under the restaurant/bar. Very noisy and can hear chairs moving around all night.

Vita and staff were superb. Room was immaculate and modern.

Great location for the boat show. Rooms very comfortable. Staff friendly and professional. Only gripe was the lack of staff availability to answer room service calls on a Saturday evening. With restaurants fully booked, they needed more staff on.

We stayed here the night before leaving on a cruise. Everything about this hotel (location, food, room, area, staff) was great with one glaring exception (which we reported). The hostess in the 6th floor restaurant was rude on multiple occasions. She did not fit in with the rest of the lovely staff. We reported this (several people in our party noticed her attitude on multiple occasions) This aside, our stay was lovely and we recommend

The complimentary Gin and Binoculars were a pleasant surprise. All the staff was very attentive and pleasant. I will be back on my next visit to Southampton.

Wow! So happy we booked to stay for two nights before our cruise. A wonderful experience, good restaurants and two minutes from other great restaurants/pub style! Walked from the hotel to the mall, explored an old church and throughly enjoyed our time.

Arrived early in the morning after a international flight..naturally our room was not ready because checkin is at 3...we sat for two hours and noticed other people were checking in w/o a problem so I asked if our room was unavailable because we only had a cozy double..a lady finally said let me check..she was kind and even upgraded our room to more of a kitchenette...very comfortable..everyone was so nice
