Location. Room. Staff. Breakfast. All brilliant. We loved our stay here while visiting Seville. The location was perfect, being a 5 minute walk to the Alcazar and Cathedral. Very close to the river and Plaza de Espana too. It felt central for everything. Our room was spacious, and had a balcony overlooking the gardens of the Alcazar palace. It was very quiet and peaceful. The room was very comfortable. Breakfast was a lovely start to each day, made to order and everything tasting very fresh. The staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful too. A brilliant stay.

We had an interior room which suited us just fine as we were out and about all day. The room was excellent and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful each day. The location for exploring Seville is unbeatable and even the breakfast was above and beyond. We will be recommending for our friends and family to stay at this brilliant hotel.

Great location close to Cathedral and Alcazar. Complimentary afternoon snacks/drinks available in breakfast area. Breakfast was outstanding, via menu options served to table. Staff were extremely helpful.

Room very clean. Staff were wonderful. Felt like home away from home. Very quiet location and yet in the centre of the city.

We had the best stay, the room was absolutely perfect and so clean. The staff were all so very friendly and attentive. When we arrived we had just been saturated by the heavy rainfall. Luckily our room was ready and we were able to dry off and explore! The breakfast was a three course meal it was amazing!! Thank you so much for making our stay perfect. We would definitely stay again next time in Seville ❤️

The rooms were so clean and the staff was amazing. I was given a map with all the tourist must sees highlighted and circled. The breakfast was also great and totally worth it for the price. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seville! It’s in the heart of all the must see spots!

Mooie kamer met fantastisch supergroot bed met topper en dekbed, regendouche en op de vide een bubbelbadje en loungestoel met raam. Prachtige lounge en vriendelijk personeel. Nespresso op de kamer met gratis koffie. Superstil en 200 meter vanaf real Alcázar en de kathedraal. Een aanrader!

Location excellent very central and lots of good restaurants in the area. Staff extremely helpful and friendly, room very clean. First night disturbed by street cleaning machine but staff immediately offered a change of room higher up which was very quiet. Breakfast unusual, we adapted to suit ourselves. Hotel also offered a tea and sandwiches at 4.30pm.

The hotel was lovely and very clean in a great location. The staff was truly outstanding - helpful, knowledgeable, kind and always going the extra mile. They helped us have a wonderful vacation in Seville.

It wasn’t a 4 star hotel, barely boutique hotel. I had to ask for everything (vanity tools, the safe didn’t work, no car passage to the hotel entrance, the staff needed me to be followed for every single thing I ask for, the pillows were so uncomfortable, their coffee machine wasn’t a machine and to be able to make coffee u would go and plug it in another corner of the room without table on the floor, no bathrobes, slippers had to be requested, the room had very little light as the ceiling was wood so just night stands light) I can’t believe the rate I saw on Expedia. For the first time I’m fooled by ratings of a hotel by Expedia. Not worth the high rating at all.

If you are looking for a charming, close to everything, super kind staff, this is the place to stay in Sevilla. Stayed in room 6 in the interior courtyard and the experience was extraordinary.

Everything was marvelous. The attentive reception, the room, spotless and beautiful. This place is a true gem
