The manager was super nice. Some of the people that work there were very nice. Some are rude and childish the carpet smelled like fish. There were a lot of roaches. Everything leaked the bathroom titleing was coming up and there was always water stagnant under it.

Found roaches in room. Hallways smell like a kitchen, man walking around with an ankle bracelet. People sitting on beach chairs in back side of property loitering. Undesirables smoking weed in fron and back of property. Elevator is 1 step away from breaking and smelled acinine.

When we came they not have a keys for room so they open us with master keys!!!$

I got there for a late check in, there were no key for my room they have to let me in and if I have to get out of the front door of the hotel I was simply locked out and have to use a phone in the entrance to get someone to open doors for me.

I didn't like this hotel. They charged me $1.99 for linen, they wanted to know where I worked. This is there policy. Front desk smelled, room smelled as well. People outside the hotel smoking Marijuana. I will never stay at this hotel chain again.

Not somewhere we would book, again.

The bed frame made loud noises and moved from just sitting on the bed. The frame itself would move on the floor as well as the bed would move on the frame. Only 2 towels in a room booked for 3 nights for 2 people and a cook top but no pans to cook with unless you wanted to spend $30 to rent some from the front desk. The hallways smelled of some kind of funk i cant explain. I would not book again

The room I received smells

I gave them 5 stars because they require a deposit, and I used cash the first time, but forgot to retrieve it the next morning. Several months later I stayed at the hotel again and told them I forgot to pick up my deposit from last time. A minute later the staff member came out with a handful of envelopes from previous deposits and found mine in the pile. I was shocked like a deathrow inmate when they pulled my deposit from that stack. They definitely deserve an "at it, boy."

Fast checkin. Very up to date looking property. Well maintained. Several dining options nearby. Nice linens and clean bathroom.

That 1.97 surprise linen fee is the most stupid, ridiculous, moronic, thing I've ever heard of. I got to my hotel room and it's very mediocre at best. If I'm paying a linen tax I would imagine that my sheets towels and etc are the highest quality. Surprise or no not surprising they are not. They are cheap scratchy uncomfortable pieces of fabric. The mirrors are streaky the shower head is disgusting, there is a foul black ring around the drain in the tub. There's no box spring it's just a very uncomfortable hard springy mattress on metal bars.
