This room was wonderful. Great city and sunrise view!

It was perfect location for seeing the sights in Boston. Nice area. Close to all the tourist spots I wanted to see. Would definitely stay here again.

I was really disappointed in my stay at the Sonder in Back Back. While the exterior of the building is very charming and the neighbourhood is lovely, the unit I stayed it was in the basement, with only partial windows that were at and below sidewalk level. During my stay I encountered what may be bed bugs, collecting over 10 small brown beetles from the bed, curtains, carpet, and wall. As the hotel does not have staff onsite at all times, I brought this to the attention of Sonder customer service following my stay and was not given a refund. Moreover, I received two overcharges in excess of $1,500 and had to contact customer service twice to get this resolved. I am extremely disappointed and will not be staying with Sonder again.

The room was really small. We had stayed there before in another room and it was great. This time we payed more and the room was tiny, we couldn't even open our luggage.

We loved staying in this area of Boston. The room was very nice, but definitely smaller than we anticipated. We enjoyed the library to play games in the evening. Very nice historical property. Very charming We had problems getting into our room and were so lucky the management had not left for the night. He provided access and we appreciated his help.

This was a very comfortable room. Great view and light!

My remote key did not work, so I had to punch in the long code each time I went in. My room was clean, and the location was convenient and close to everything, so I would probably stay here again. However I was woken up at 7am to drilling, and construction noises that sounded like they were coming through the wall in my room, and my bed was even vibrating. Not to happy when I like to sleep in when I am on vacation.

Communication with Sonder via email and App went well. We received code for front door and room, fortunately since there is no attendant. Rooms were nice and hotel was clean but shower in bathroom did not work properly. Shower head shot water in a stream towards the curtain and could not be adjusted. The hand held shower would not turn on - bad since this was a handicap accessible room with seat in shower.

Everything is good. But the shower is a nightmare. The design and it’s kind of broken and not working

Me gustó muchísimo la ubicación, está cerca de todo, ya sea caminando o en metro. Cerca de restaurantes, tiendas y lugares que puedes ir a visitar sin complicarse. La habitación es amplia, tiene refri, micro y cafetera. Lo único que no me encantó es que nunca te hacen limpieza de habitación y para estancias q son de una semana si cuesta un poco.

Wonderful location and really lovely stay. Would stay again for sure. Staff were also very kind!

The building and room were very comfortable, I enjoyed the garden library to relax and get some reading and work done. I'd definitely stay at a Sonder again!

First time in a Sonder. Takes a little to get used to the do it yourself concept. Nice place, very convenient and quiet. We arrived early, and the luggage lockers were full but the concierge kindly let us leave our bags with him and then brought them up to our room. Nice room but lacked drawers for storage. There was a plastered over patch on the ceiling but not painted. The toilet roll holder was loose. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Doesn’t live up to the pictures. First floor is actually the basement. I could hear all the cars and people walking past- they were right there outside the window. Terrible sound proofing in the halls, too. Room wasn’t in very good shape; stains on carpet, can’t close the curtains properly, water damage to the vanity in the bathroom. For such a fancy looking hotel online, the kitchen had paper plates and cups!
