夕食は懐石料理を選び多種多様の海の幸を堪能できました。また和牛のしゃぶしゃぶも美味しかったです。大分の日本酒やワインなど料理に合わせて美味しくいただけました。 朝食は鉄板カウンターでの洋食で、こちらも美味しかったです。 露天風呂も部屋風呂も優しいお湯で景色も良く、朝晩に計４回も入りました。 部屋は綺麗で湯煙と別府湾まで見渡せて素敵でした。 スタッフの皆さんも丁寧で心地良く過ごすことができました。

이초객실에 묵었습니다. 객실이 쓸모가 없어요. 소파와 테이블이 왜 그리 여러개인지. 침실 하나는 창문이 없음. 럭셔리한 느낌이 전혀없음. 침실을 거실쪽에 배치하면 나을것같음. 하지만 저녁식사 데판야끼는 매우 만족.

ホテル内のソファーや、絵画、備品等すごく素晴らしく、温泉の泉質もとてもよいのに大浴場の作りや浴場の清潔さがたもたれていない。 大浴場や、ファミリールームでの室内風呂では下水の悪臭があり、夜中はボイラーの騒音と振動に悩まされました。 これは、部屋によると思います。 せっかく素敵な施設なのに、お風呂が残念です

Not really a ryokan, more corporate hotel than an intimate inn. Our room was lovely and outdoor onsen and was nice. The restaurant is quite large and it just wasn’t as intimate as some ryokan we’ve stayed in. The location is good if you’re going to the hot spring “hell” which can get touristy and busy. Go before the crowds come. They’re interesting - especially the top 2 or 3. I’d skip the ones below. Back to the hotel, the food was adequate - not particularly noteworthy. We’ve stayed at some really special places and this was not the finest, but the price reflects that.

좋은 숙소로 부모님과 여향을 왔습니다. 시설은 깨끗하였으며, 음식도 짜지 않고 자극적이지 않아서 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 숙소내의 작은 온천 보다 대중탕 온천이 훨씬 좋았습니다. 굳이 비싼 돈을 내고 비싼 방을 할 필요가 없다고 느꼈습니다. 다만 호텔 로비에서 직원들은 제가 스파 및 문의 상황에 대해서 매우 성의 없는 답변으로 이야기 하였으며 무시 받는 느낌을 받았습니다. 카운터에서 선물을 포장하고 있었으며, 제가 저녁 식당 및 스파 가능한지 물어보았으나, 그들은 전혀 내말에 집중하지 않고 매우 성의 없의 이야기 하였으며 호텔 격에 맞지 않는 응대를 보였습니다. 호텔에서 그러한 무시를 받는것은 처음이네요. 부모님을 모시고 좋은 호텔에서 대접하려 하였으나, 실속은 없는 호텔 같은 느낌이 크게 받았습니다. 많은 호텔을 다녔지만, 이런 글을 쓰는것은 처음이며, 이를 통해서 응대가 발전하길 바랍니다. 좋은 호텔에서의 격이 맞는 응대를 보여주면 좋을 것 같습니다.

Amazing food and thoughtful, hospitable staff! They took a photo for our anniversary and even presented us with a framed copy and two pairs of chopsticks the next day. Highly recommended

We had an exceptional stay at Kannawaen and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable ryokan experience. The highlight of our stay was the in-room open-air bath, which was both relaxing and beautifully designed. It was perfect for unwinding at any time of day. The public baths were equally impressive, with both indoor and outdoor options that were clean, serene, and thoughtfully maintained and the view from the outdoor public bath was awesome. One of the most unique experiences was the full body steam boxes which we hadn’t encountered anywhere else and thoroughly enjoyed. Dining was outstanding. One evening we had a kaiseki dinner featuring lobster and shabu shabu, and the next night we experienced a teppanyaki dinner with perfectly prepared steak and abalone. Both meals were delicious, high-quality, and beautifully presented. We also treated ourselves to head and body massages for an additional fee, and they were absolutely worth it. It was a professional, relaxing, and perfect complement to the overall onsen experience. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help, making the entire stay feel seamless and welcoming. The location is very convenient for visiting the Hells of Beppu, which are just a short distance away, and having free self-parking made it especially easy to explore the area by car. Overall, Kannawaen delivered a perfect blend of relaxation, unique experiences, and exceptional service. We would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely hotel, friendly people, delicious food

部屋は綺麗で広く十分寛げました。 客室露天風呂から眺める景色が良くて気持ちよく入ることが出来ました。 鉄板焼きの食事は温かいお料理を直ぐに食べることが出来て美味しく頂けました。 また、目の前で行われる調理を楽しく見ることが出来てとても良かったです。

施設や食事の内容はお値段以上のもので、非常に満足でした。大浴場の屋内部分がスペースの広さを活かせていないように感じた。

객실도 훌륭하고, 직원들 모두 친절하였습니다. 아이가 아파서 급하게 체크아웃을 한게 아쉬웠는데, 즐거운 여행이었습니다. 감사합니다.

スタッフは外国人の方も多かったので、時々聞き取りにくいとこもありましたが、丁寧で好感がもてました。お部屋と料理も申し分ありませんでした。お部屋のお風呂もとても良かったです。食事の時は、他のお客さんと適度に離れていて、リラックスして食事ができました。雪で急遽の連泊に対応して頂きありがとうございました。

픽업서비스가 있어서 편안하게 숙소에 방문했고 룸컨디션은 아주 훌륭했습니다 객실안에 실내온천도 있고 대욕장에서 보이는 밤하늘 별도 아름다웠습니다 직원분들은 친절했고 다만 첫날은 한국어하시는분이 휴가라 조금 아쉬웠지만 큰 문제는 없었습니다 식사가 아주 훌륭했고 정성스러워서 만족스러웠습니다 근처에 편의점이 없어 15분정도 가야했는데 간김에 동네 둘러보고 뭐 나쁘지 않았습니다 지옥온천이 바로 앞에 있어 관광코스가 좋았습니다
