What I liked: The location was excellent—just a short walk from the Milan Duomo, which made sightseeing very convenient. What I didn’t like: 1) Although the room had air conditioning equipment, it was not functioning, and my email to the owner requesting a repair received no response. This made the stay very uncomfortable during a week of 90+ degree temperatures. We eventually had to book another room with AC elsewhere just to get a sleep in night time. 2)The elevator broke down twice during our one-week stay, and we had to use the stairs in the heat. 3) The room condition was below expectations, with peeling paint on the bedroom walls. 4)The check-in instructions were unclear, and it took a long time to reach the owner. The apartment door was finally opened remotely, but the process added unnecessary stress.

El lugar tiene una hubicacion de 10 para caminar , compras ,museos , comidas y transporte . El único inconveniente es abrir cuando llegas las instrucciones me costaron trabajo entender pero el propietario nos ayudó rapidísimo a solucionar excelente atención

Sejour a Milan en famille Point positif : Emplacement premium , au coeur de milan , logement agréable Point négatif : isolation d une des des chambres est tres moyenne , qui donne sur la rue passante, qualité de sommeil moyenne - communication concernant un soucis dans le logement très médiocre, la conciergerie meme si elle répond rapidement mais ne donne aucune solution , ne fait que gagner du temps et blablater le temps que le sejour s écouler

First the air conditioning wasn’t working properly, we had to use our small baby fan at night since weather was about 100 degrees. Hard to get in due to require of an app scan and with no Wi-Fi, luckily we caught the cleaning lady and opened the door for us. The apartment wasn’t finished cleaning, dirty water from washing the floor was still left in the kitchen sink and stunk the whole time…. It would have been okay if no small kids that touch everything that wasn’t clean. Beds not too comfortable either.

Property did NOT have a working A/C. It was HOT!!! Also, there was stains all over the couch (gross)! There was black in the shower and no decor, all the cute extras were not present!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!😡

Very bad cleaning. ACs didnt work properly. Overall property in poor conditions. No like the pictures. Altido ph9ne service very nice and helpful but property is no good at all

Dirty. Vents not cleaned. Cupboards had oil stains from previous users on handles and boards. Stained duvets. Walls scratched. Paid for 2 queen beds got 1. No response from owner. Very limited toilet paper.

The best location. Can go back and forth Il Duomo all day and night.

Lejligheden var yderst sparsom udstyret mht service såsom glas, kopper, vinglas,oplukker og andre almindeligt køkkenudstyr. Køleskabet var i stykker med låger der faldt af så flasker nær var smadret. Sofaen i stuen var meget beskidt. Det var vanskeligt at få adgang til lejligheden. Lejligheden lå centralt og det var et plus.

No servia el aire acondicionado, muy ruidoso y no hay papel de baño suficiente, ropa de cama sucia y vieja.

Great location and clean apartment. Bed broken had to sleep in separate beds. Has all the amenities you require. Check in straight forward.

Location was great. Check in was slightly annoying, initially was told I could do self check in after doing a long and tedious process of an online check in , but ended up still having to go to another building the pick up a key. Also, one of the showers drain flooded and we couldn’t use it. Besides that, apartment was well equipped with amenities, especially the kitchen and washing machine which were great.

Location cant be better . Space superb. Will recomend agging a microwave oven and renew sofa cushions matress. No instructions on how to use induction stovetop. Bath great linens perfect. Site superb overall it has a master bedroom with its own bath plus a separate bedroom a a whole bath for the apartment. Fits two couples easy

We enjoyed being in the epicenter of the holiday season in Milan. Close to major tourist attractions, transportation, stores, etc.

La posizione è perfetta ma troppo Lontana e scomoda dalla sede dove fare il check in ... quindi scomoda x lasciare i bagagli ... dovrebbero avere un servizio sul luogo .. o una persona che viene direttamente nrll’appartamento x il resto ok!
