Great location near the tulip garden. 15 minute walk. Was able to find free parking nearby. Spacious and comfortable room.

Was really impressed. Great central location with attached restaurant. Surrounded by shops and restaurants. Room was clean large and comfortable

This is a very nice spot with 15 minute walking distance to Keukenhof. Also, the Bloemencorso Bollenstreek parade route passes directly in front of the hotel. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was nicely updated. Staff was very friendly. Some drawbacks to considerr. The lobby is not connected to hotel and is part of the attached Duif Hotel so you have to go outside to get to the lobby which is somewhat awkward. Also, there aren't any physical keys to the hotel or room entrance. There is a code that you need to use from your phone to enter in to each door. You will need to make sure you have enough battery and/or data on your phone to make this work. Lastly, the hotel doesn't have any elevator so I would not suggest this for anyone who has problems with climbing stairs. This was great for our most of our needs but I wish we knew that there wasn't an elevator. We likely would have booked a room elsewhere.

Good one night stay. Breakfast was okay but expensive. If I are only visiting the kuekenhof gardens then I would recommend this hotel.

This place is next door to an amazing Italian restaurant, and we were able to walk to the Keukenhof gardens nearby. The staff was very friendly and walked us back down the end of the street to show us where 5 other restaurants were, as well as walking us to our room to show us how to use the key to turn the lights on, and where the password to the internet was. Wonderful experience and comfortable pillows and bed.

Le séjour est fort agréable, la présence d'un parking proche est un plus non négligeable aux Pays-Bas. La propreté est au rendez-vous et la chambre fort confortable. Séjour parfait à une exception, le bruit extérieur est vraiment très bruyant et peu confortable. Une impression de déménagement, ou de personnes dans les rues alcoolisées qui crient.. L'hôtel n'y est certainement pas responsable, c'est pourquoi je maintiens ma note à 4/5 mais je préfère vous le signaler.

Heerlijke ruime kamer met een kitchenette. Moderne badkamer. Kamer goed geschikt voor langere verblijf. Housekeeping komt dagelijks schoonmaken. Vriendelijk personeel. Voldoende eetgelegenheden en winkels. Leuke, authentieke winkeltjes. Hotel zit in het centrum. Via ov andere plaatsen zoals Katwijk en Leiden, goed bereikbaar.

There is a real noise problem, that they are not addressing. There has been no answer to the following: Hello Thank you for the response. It is much appreciated. However, although very reassuring what you have put, it is worded as if you were not aware of it? This is incorrect as I did see some previous reviews on the noise level, which also dated back some time. We also spoke to the receptionist who was also fully aware of it and lastly you had put ear plugs in the room, which is the first time we have ever seen that! You may say if I had seen the reviews why did I go ahead with the booking? I assumed being a responsible hotelier that it had been sorted. How wrong I was. I would like to know how this is going to be improved for future guests as I would not want this to happen to others, who are trying to get to sleep at a reasonable hour. I would also like to be compensated for my stay. Based on the above I will then do my official review. Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to hearing from you. Tolles Zimmer in einer super Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, es wurde regelmäßig sauber gemacht und auch ein später Check in war kein Problem. Ein kleiner negativer Punkt war eine Bar in der Straße gegenüber, die sehr laut Musik spielte. Das Hotel hatte aber vorgesorgt und Ohrstöpsel von Anfang an auf das Zimmer gelegt.

Die Unterkunft war super sauber, stylisch und gut ausgestattet. Das Bad ist sehr modern und man hat viel Platz. Es hat uns gut gefallen! Allerdings ist es etwas laut, die Fenster sind sehr durchlässig bzgl des Straßenlärms. Netterweise lagen sofort bei Check in schon Ohropax auf den Betten. Wir haben gut geschlafen!

Prima verblijf, mooie kamer. Geen last gehad van herrie wat in de revieuws lees. Het restaurant onder t hotel was gesloten ivm werkzaamheden. Dat gaf op zaterdagmorgen wel wat getik en gehamer. Het straatje waar de voordeur in zit is helemaal niet eng. T is goed verlicht, t is een smal steegje waardoor je ook naar t ander hotel loopt voor t ontbijt. Ontbijt ook prima, alles werd goed bijgevuld. N minpuntje zijn de stoelen waar je ontbijt. Zijn oude schoolstoelen. Staat erg leuk maar zit voor geen meter. Al met al een goed verblijf. Zou er zeker weer terug gaan!!

Es war ein guter Aufenthalt! Unserer Bitte nach einer zweiten Decke wurde sofort nachgegangen, der Check In war sehr freundlich und bei Fragen haben wir auch Hilfe bekommen. Die Suite ist etwas hellhörig, das hat uns aber nicht gestört. 😊

Sehr schönes Hotel, mit einem versteckt en Eingang in einer kleinen Gasse. Das Zimmer war schön groß und sauber. In der gleichen Straße sind diverse leckere Restaurants. Ebenso ist ein Aldi in der Nähe. Vom Hotel aus ist man in 20 min, mit dem Auto, an verschiedenen Stränden. Und in 60 min in Amsterdam, mit Bus und Bahn.

Das Zimmer und Bad war sehr groß, sauber, modern und praktisch eingerichtet (große Kitchenette ähnliche Ecke). Der Check-In (nach 20 Uhr) klappte reibungslos digital per Email. - Leider gab es zuvor unbefriedigende Emailkontaktversuche mit dem Hotel, den Sachverhalt zum späten Check-In zu regeln. Erst nach vielen eigenen Versuchen und dem Einschalten von Expedia klappte es dann. Die Infos waren dann auch freundlich und hilfreich. Vielen Dank :-) . Die AI-WhatsApp-Funktion, die nach Buchung greift und einen Service suggeriert, kann man vergessen. Weder die AI antwortet auf selbst angebotene Themen wie Check-In, Umgebung, Parken etc. noch kommt ein persönlicher Kontakt zustande. So etwas verärgert einen Gast mehr, als das es etwas nützt. Also bitte verbessern oder abschalten!
