非常好

CP值超高！第一次住被驚艷到！尤其是早餐，樣式多，食材好，擺盤漂亮，服務人員態度很好👍迎賓點心也不隨便，一樓空間很棒！應該有300吋的螢幕早餐播新聞，晚上播聖誕情境畫面👍大廳餐廳寬敞明亮，房間、浴室乾淨，床跟桌子設備新，裝潢用心很像住家！除了地點不是在市中心，距離火車站跟城隍廟都有點距離，需要搭計程車，不過距離動物園很近，家庭、親子旅客可以考慮。有點不想講那麼多好話，很怕我以後訂不到了😆

Staff very strict about even a slightly earlier check in. Then you are directed to computer screens when you actually do check in. Strange. Rooms are nice with balconies which is cool. Breakfast was decent.

Excellent hotel with a good breakfast and laundry on site. It is in a close proximity to RT-mart supermarket, historic temples, hiking/parks, excellent dining options.

check in 時間是下午4點，但check out 仍是上午11點，沒延後一小時，沒有任何彈性，希望3點入住的話，提早1小時要收費500元。櫃台員工應對感覺不友善，是"不友善"，不是不親切(不敢要求親切)。迎賓水果盤西瓜不新鮮，若是直接跟飯店訂房還有招待雞湯，透過訂房網的就沒有。以NTD5,400元4 人房來說，房間小了點，沒有什麼公共設施。網路上說早餐很讚，很多樣等等，其實也還好，是有中式西式，但樣式也沒很多，口味倒是可以。

This hotel was a new option for me this visit and I liked it. The location had quick access to downtown Hsinchu by walking 20 mins. The local train station was walking distance. As we were visiting company's south of the river this was an ideal spot as the traffic in the city is very busy. This hotel also had free self serve laundry which was a huge help on a long trip.

スタッフがとても親切でした。桃園国際からは新竹まで乗り換えありの鉄道もありですが、バスで近くの二分局まで1時間弱なので、とても便利でした。1時間に1本ぐらいです。

Great hotel with friendly staff and a lot of facilities. Definitely well located within HsinChu. Recommend for short stays

Hotel room is big and spacious. The bathroom has good lighting and spa. However the hotel staff are very bad attitude with no welcoming expressions. Especially the male staff serving in snack bar. No smiles or any expressions when serving the customers. Because the hotel is little bit pricy than another in Hsinchu, customers should expect good hospitality. The hotel staffs absolutely need the training in order to maintain the image of the hotel. The location is not good, we need take at less 15 to 20 minutes to the public transportation and restaurant or supermarket, because it located in narrow lan. And we can’t receive the snack coupon on the second days even i make 2 separate bookings. It’s really doesn’t make sense and the snack can only eat inside the cafe, even just only a small piece of cake. What the heck!!!
