Out room had mice poo droppings all through the tea/coffee/sugar holder and upon advising to the property managers they didn’t seem to phased, nor any offer to replace the spoiled amenities that had been chewed through and not offer to send a cleaner. We cleaned everything ourselves including all the dishes again which were dirty and covered in grime of not cleaned properly by prior occupants (not great Covid safe policy to have occupants clean dishes upon departure!). The TV was not working and upon advising twice, someone came to replace it. Upon moving the Desk unit the TV was sitting on, further noice droppings were found everywhere behind the unit. Easily a long period of time had passed since this property had been cleaned properly. The property pools are beautiful, again however not cleaned once during our 5 night stay and even common areas like stairwells were never cleaned as someone had dropped an item on wet clothing on our second day in the stairwell and it was still there at the time of departure.
The island is amazing, the property location is ideal and the overall property is stunning, however cleanliness at this particular time (COVID) let alone in general was the poorest I have seen anywhere travelled including many overseas destinations, and although the property management were great with communication in the lead up to arrival, they didn’t seem to care once there.
I would not recommend this property or Best of Magnetic Property Management to anyone.
