お風呂は源泉掛け流しで良かったですが 早い時間は熱かったです。寝る前に入ったら丁度良い温度でした。お料理はとても美味しかったです。スタッフの方々の対応も良かったです。又利用したいです。

お部屋も広くて、お部屋から中禅寺湖が眺められました。秋には紅葉がキレイな姿を想像しながら眺めていました。温泉は湯元温泉の温泉を掛け流しとのことで、泉質がとてもよかったです。ただすごく熱かったので、長湯はできなかったのが少し残念でした。お料理はどれも美味しく、スタッフの方々も笑顔で対応してくださり、とても良いお宿だと思いました。（エレベーターがないので、足が悪い方には不向きだと思いました。） ありがとうございました。

掛け流しの温泉が楽しめる。食事が最高においしい。スタッフが親切で丁寧な対応で素晴らしい👍

Wonderful place to stay in the Nikko area. This is a small hotel of 15 rooms overlooking lake Chuzenji. You either make a bus from Nikko station or a have a car to drive up the mountain. There are lots of walks to do in this area and the Kegon waterfall is very impressive. The rooms are spacious and was in the western style. The staff were incredibly friendly and nothing was a hassle. We had breakfast and dinner included which I would recommend. The breakfast had a variety of both western and eastern dishes. The dinners were in the kaiseki style and were fabulous. With beautiful fresh ingredients. They also inquire as to any food allergies and cater the meal to that. Could not ask for a better place to stay.

服務很貼心細緻，令我們覺得有被細心照顧著的溫暖感受。 我們的房間在4樓，能看到美麗的湖景，要離開時真是感到依依不捨。 飯店裡沒有電梯，要爬的樓梯不少，但是上下樓有服務人員幫我們搬行李。 這次住二晚，細細遊覽奧日光景色，非常美好的回憶。下次再來玩還會選擇這裡。

Couldn’t recommend this place enough. The most outstanding staff & service. Everyone was friendly and accommodating to all of our needs. And the view of the lake was obviously beautiful.

Our stay was beyond our expectations. The staff, food, view from our room all 5 star. I wish we were staying longer. Thank you for welcoming us.

La habitacion es espaciosa y con una hermosa vista al lago. El personal muy atento. Muy buena cena estilo japonés. Tiene onsen.

Artfully presented many course meals made our stay extra special. The onsen is clean and was so nice to go in after adventuring in the snow. Thank you for your warm hospitality!

Special mention to Kimio-san, who was extremely friendly and helpful and spoke good English! Gave my main review earlier as this is my second booking that didn’t come with breakfast and dinner

The hotel manager was extremely friendly and so were the other staff. Hotel room was spacious, toilet was nice, Onsen was natural with a weird smell though, and the food that they served was fabulous. I stayed 2 nights and was served different meals for dinner, the second night sukiyaki was really good.

雖然需要爬樓梯到四樓，但當我們表示行李多又重時，有服務人員來幫忙，真是太感謝了！

とても気持ちよく過ごせました。 宿自体は古いけど、リノベーションされていてきれいでしたし、なによりホスピタリティがそれをカバーして余りあると感じました。 中禅寺湖がよく見えるし、華厳の滝も徒歩で行ける立地も魅力的です。 ぜひまた利用したいです。

The food served are traditional and interesting. We enjoyed very much the tofu skin (a famous traditional food from Nikko).
