The overall experience and stay was exceptional. I would definitely stay at global stay on my next visit. I love the uniqueness of the fob for the operation of the elevator.

Very large and comfortable space with all the necessities and more! Great location

Location was good. The place was clean, but you could see that had some raucous previous tenants as there were holes in the closet door and dents on the fridge. Also, they kept some of our deposit back for a face cloth stain (???) - face cloth we didn’t use!

It was a great home away from home.

The management team was horrible with miscommunication on booking a unit, cleanliness of the sofa in my unit. They inconsiderably called me in the midnight to ask for showing next day as the unit was on the market. And they gave me a unit with a shattered glass door in the bedroom so I had to call them to replace it. They were 4 hours late ruining my whole day and the manager never called or showed up for apology. It turned out their manager is in Russia hardly reachable, communicating only in text when necessary in her idea. I strongly do not recommend any accommodations with Simply Comfort Suites in Toronto.

Easy check-in, evehthing was awesome and like brand new! Easy communication with the owner!

Nice stay as I visited a convention at Metro Convention Center. Walking distance to CN Tower, and a grocery shop. Will definitely conciser again.

The check in was extremely confusing. I thoight this was a hotel. It was a condo building run by some people that were not even on site.

Simply comfort is Simply the best! I love staying with them, they always squeeze my and my boyfriend in for any last minute trips downtown, and I've only ever had minor issues which they're always so quick to fix. Definitely our #1 pick when were looking for somewhere to stay.

It's a nice place to live in the downtown just walks away from the harbour front.

This place is very good, the location is very convenient, many transport options, modern place with all the necessary things, the host company has many channels to communicate and they are very friendly. The doormans are not nice at all, they don´t like the short term guests they barely answer when you ask them about anything. The parking is a labyrinth but the host tries to guide you with a document and on the phone.

I’ve stayed here quite a few times with minimal issues. They have added a $200 security fee that u must pay AFTER being charged by hotels.com. Careful with this. This time around I stayed in a different room, absolutely hated it. HORRENDOUS experience. The refrigerator was not working when we came. It took 2 days for a response and when we finally got it adjusted and asked what they can do to offset the inconvenience, we have yet to be answered. Here’s what pissed me off, check out is 11, we were getting ready to leave and was there till 11:30. This guy basically came into the room while I was naked and didn’t even bother to exit but proceeded to have demanding demeanor telling me I need to leave although I explained we are getting ready and already PISSED at the experience. Think twice!

An acceptable stay for 1 night. Only sleeps 3 as the couch was very uncomfortable.

Great location in downtown Toronto. Keep in mind, this is a private residential building so no front desk, check in is done through an instruction package sent via email. So be ready for that!

The room was very homey. The TV channels were excellent. The location was a little far from most things. We enjoyed the stay overall.

Always a pleasure staying with the simply comfort team. Always so communicative, and eager to help and meet all my needs. I will always choose to stay with simply comfort, as I am always accommodated, even for my last minute trips to TO! Another great stay with you guys :)

En-suite bath sink drained very slowly, smoke detector battery weak so beeped the whole time we were ther, tried to get late check out time and there was no response, from property contact. Were told we could not use gym. I property does not really have a nice size main room, for 5 travelers,especially speepersofa is to be used. And front desk help was rude.
