All the photos on Expedia look super modern yet our room looked like the 1960's. Staff very rude and did not speak very much english until we got upset then it was perfect. On the website they talk about a hottub and sauna yet it was an extra charge. We stayed 1 night of a 4 night stay then we decided to leave knowing we would not get a refund. In our 16 days in Italy for the Olympics this was the only bad place we stayed.

This mountain boutique hotel is clean and the individual studio rooms have a fantastic old time charm. The courteous staff ensured our stay was as comfortable as possible. The hotel’s location also made getting to the Valmalenco gondola a breeze. Daily breakfast. Daily housekeeping. Walking distance to restaurants for dinner. Access to spa area available on request (jacuzzi, steam room, sauna).

jättebra hotell, trevlig personal lite dålig engelska men det är nog lika överallt i Valmalenco. nyrenoverat och fräscht. det som saknas är täcken och påslakan här kör man med filt och överlakan var dock inga problem att få fler lakan.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were spotless and tidied so quickly that it was done before we returned from breakfast. Included breakfast was an European extravaganza. Lots of choices and continually restocked even if you arrive 5 min before the end of the breakfast hour.

Very attractive hotel with spacious lounge and kitchen area and spacious room (single room in my case). Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Room was carefully cleaned and with sensible bedding. Breakfast was excellent with local as well as wider range of items. Very convenient for buses and cable car.
