Room was warm and comfortable. Staff were lovely and breakfast was cooked to order. Very good value overall.

I cant fault this hotel it provided all the amenities of a great hotel but with a unique homely feel. Staff were all lovely and very welcoming and the food was great especially the breakfasts. The bar/restaurant has a nice atmosphere and looks cosy at Christmastime with the decoration. Thanks so much to all at the New Park for a lovely stay we will be back again.

Convenient location right off highway, charming town. Staff friendly, generous and varied breakfast. Our rooms were comfortable, but very squeaky floors.

Very disappointed with room and especially en-suite, so small with a sliding door which didn’t give much privacy also lack of plug sockets. Pricey room for such poor quality.

Location was great. Bed in room 3 was an old mattress with a topper on top of it to hide the fact. Sank into the bed, very uncomfortable all night. Rolled into the middle. Overall all the hotel is dated and carpets wearing thin in places. Food, can’t fault it. Even meal was amazing and very reasonable prices. Breakfast was brilliant. Overall, I’d love to have not commented about the bed, sadly let the hotel down.

Lovely old fashioned downstairs with bar and where they serve a full Irish breakfast. It’s a very old building and the floorboards in the bedrooms creak and you can hear the people in the next room. Interesting old town in someways and not at all touristy.

Very good value, comfortble, welcoming small hotel / bed and breakfast. Covenient location for easy access to the motorways if working in the area.. Parking available with the hotel.

This was our favorite stay!! Everyone was kind, room was PERFECT. The bed was so comfortable, got the best sleep. The shower too was spacious and hot with changeable pressure! It had a downstairs bar/diner that had live music but could hear nothing in your room! Breakfast was also a banger! Lol Great find. The place was decorated in beautiful antiques and was full of charm.

Absolutely loved this place. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Off street parking and a short walk to shops bars and restaurants. Free breakfast was great. This is everything we imagined an Irish guest house to be.

Windows need cleaned Cramped and cluttered reception area No one obviously in charge Cramped bedroom Pokey shabby shower cubicle. Shower basin dirty looking with badly patched grout Poor value for money

The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. We were not able to get breakfast the first day as we had to be out of the hotel before 8 so that was disappointing. But the second morning we were able to take advantage of the wonderful breakfast. The location was great for getting into Galway. Highly recommend.
