Parken war gut - wir hatten Glück immer einen Platz zu finden... Essen war ebenfalls gut, Zimmer sehr geräumig und sauber. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und stets freundlich.

Property had location close to beach and down town ,nice food options for breakfast and dinner, all in all very nice hotel i would not recommend for older people ,if you are put in one of upper bungalows the stairs will kill you ,

Die Unterkunft hat alles erfüllt, was wir uns gewünscht haben. Besonders haben uns die Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Umgebung gefallen. Es war alles von hoher Qualität. Wir haben das Hotel bereits weiter empfohlen.

Kitchen staff service was unacceptable

One of the worst hotels I have visited, terrible experience. To give you a bit of context, I went there for 5 nights with my pregnant wife, and we were looking for relaxation. Positive: - Friendly staff at the restaurant and the ones responsible for the cleaning of the rooms. Always available for help. - The view is nice Negative: - The rooms are terrible. Old furniture, ants everywhere, and absolutely not representative of the pictures. They are lying about it! We had to pay extra charge to the reception to have a better room since our room was not what we expected. Plus, we felt we paid too much to have such a terrible room. - The reception was not friendly at all! They kept on finding excuses instead of finding a solution to make us feel welcomed and comfortable (my wife is pregnant). - They lie about the beach. There aren’t any sunbeds available, don’t let the pictures fool you. You need to pay 12€ for 2 sunbeds per day! Crazy since it’s a 4 star hotel. - The sunbeds by the pool are very dirty and there is not a sufficient number of them to welcome everyone in the hotel! - The breakfast is bad. Same food, and most of the fruits come from a can. - We had to pay 15€ to use a safe for 5 days (the information was given at the checkout!!! - And last but not least, the shower room. It was dirty, smells horrible (mold), and we can only use it for 30 minutes. I will never ever come back to this hotel again. It’s definitely not a 4 star hotel, a bad 3 star at the very best.

Lovely hotel! The staff are wonderful, the rooms are clean, and the location is great. Very close to town Center and the very popular, Voulisma Beach. Hotel beach was good too but it is a pebble beach. Sandy beach is a 5-10min walk away.

Wir hatten "all inklusive" gebucht und hatten uns auf viel Sonne und Bar gefreut. Erstmal gibt es an beiden Pools unterschiedliche Liegen, dann waren sie teilweise kaputt und die Sonnenschirme waren nicht fest. Was Recht unpraktisch ist weil die Zeit wo wir da waren es doch sehr Windig war und deshalb dreimal mitbekommen haben wie die Schirme einfach wegfliegen. Dann geht man zur Bar die Tagsüber nur am Pool auf hat. Wer hier meint am Strand Getränke zu bekommen muss diese leider mit den Liegen bezahlen. Mal abgesehen von manchen Sprach Problemen auf Englisch hat die Poolbar ganz gut funktioniert. Aber das die Leute dich nach 10 Tagen immer noch fragen für wie viele Personen man Getränke holt ist schon nervig. Zwischendurch gibt es Morgens Mittags und Abends am Buffet essen. Die Auswahl ist ausreichend, aber wer hier denkt Griechisch essen zu gehen wird verzweifelt suchen. Abend Aufenthalt kann man bei einem schönen Blick an der Main Bar genießen. Hätte man gedacht. Erste Getränke Bestellung läuft meistens gut danach kommt keiner mehr und fragt ob man noch was trinken möchte. Bis man dann Mal einen Kellner zur Hand hat der weitere Bestellungen aufnimmt dauert das. Und noch länger dauert es bis dann die Getränke kommen. Alles im allen ist das für mich nicht der all inklusive Urlaub wie ich ihn mir vorstellen. Von den Handwerkern die die Zimmer restauriert haben will ich erst gar nicht anfangen.

die Wege zu den Hotelzimmern ist teilweise eine Herausforderung, die Grösse der Zimmer ist super. Einrichtung ist teilweise fraglich (Kühlschrank im Schlafzimmer anstatt im Wohnzimmer?)

Die Junior Suite war ausreichend groß und hatte einen schönen Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht, was ausreichend war, denn an den 2 Pools oder auch am Meer konnte man selbst gekaufte Getränke konsumieren. Wir kamen abends nach 22 Uhr an. Der Empfang an der Reception war eher distanziert und kühl. Ausserdem gab es keine Möglichkeit mehr etwas zu essen zu bekommen. Die Anlage und das Zimmer haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Badewanne war allerdings ziemlich abgenutzt.

Nous sommes restés 5 nuits dans ce super hôtel : accueil charmant, personnel très souriant. Très belle chambre ( nous avons été surclassés) , literie parfaite. Tout est bien pensé . Vue magnifique. Repas variés, abondants et de bonne qualité.Nous regrettons un peu l’absence de plats grecs. Piscines très agréables .

Hôtel calme et sympa. Le personnel du buffet est super et la nourriture très bien. Un merci tout spécial à Dimitris et Fabio qui ont vraiment été efficaces et attentionnés. Seul bémol, la musique grecque à tous les repas et beaucoup trop forte.

Stayed for a week, in a beautiful location, town was quiet however expected this time of year. Lovely sandy beach nearby. All staff were friendly and helpful, rooms modern and cleaned regularly. Really enjoyed both breakfast & evening meals. Hotel maybe just a little too quiet for us but otherwise perfect
