3泊4日の一人旅で利用しました。とにかくロケーションも最高でオーシャンビューが最高！スタッフもどなたも笑顔で親切で、素晴らしいステイでした。いろいろ旅をしてきましたが、いままでの中で最高に気持ちの良いホテルでした。普段は朝食を食べないのですが、とてもおいしく毎日良いスタートとなりました。次回も利用させていただきます。

The location of this hotel is ideally close to American Village where you have many options for shopping and dining. Check-in was very easy and the rooms were spacious and clean. The beach had a safe swimming area with a lifeguard during the day. We had daily breakfast included in our stay. It was just ok, and they had trouble accommodating my daughter’s gluten allergy (only offered fruit and lettuce). The rooms had a variety of helpful amenities and there is a laundry area on the second and third floors. Good self-service coffee and extra amenities were available in the lobby. Many thanks to the kind and helpful staff at the Sunset Beach Hotel. It was a very enjoyable stay.

1층에 있어 아침에 조식을 맛있게 먹었고... 숙소 바로앞이 해수욕당이라 자녀동반 방문시 좋았던것 같습니다. 또한 아메리카빌리지와 이온몰이 가까워 쇼핑하기도 좋습니다.

アメリカンビレッジに近くとても便利な立地でした　部屋も広く清潔　シャワーも中々経験出来ない変わり種のシャワーで良かった　スタッフも外国の方でしたが親切でした　又泊まりたいです

This hotel has no private pool.

아메리칸빌리지와 매우인접 (도보2분) 해 있어서 편했어요. 다른데 안가고 이 숙소에서 숙박하며 아메리칸빌리지 하루일정 잡아도 좋을것 같습니다. 건물은 조금 오래됐지만 방은 깨끗해요. 주차공간이 협소해서 외부 무료주차장으로 안내 해 주셨습니다

Amazing staff at this hotel. Breathtaking view of the ocean and convenient location central to American Village. Room was clean and well maintained. Beds were extremely comfortable.

停車場容易沒位置 但停附近公園很方便

Stayed almost a week and they cleaned my room only once.

The resort itself was wonderful. The rooms were a nice size (esp compared to hotels in Tokyo!), with 2 large beds, a wonderful shower, and a small deck. My only suggestion is that 2 chairs for the deck would be nice. The view of the ocean and sunrise/sunset were perfect. The big complaint was parking. There were only 16 parking spaces and if you didn't get back from excursions by 5p, you were unlikely to get one. This really cut down on long drives and evenings outs. There was off-site parking, but it required you to move your car at 6a and not be able to go back to that lot until 8a, making those options not pleasant. Unless you plan to just go to American Village during your stay, I wouldn't recommend this hotel just because of the parking difficulties. If the hotel could arrange with a 24-hour lot as overflow, that would be very helpul.
