Air conditioning worked great, bed sucked and scary when you can go in and out of every door without a key. Not secure. Absolutely zero people on the casino and we wanted to eat but There's no signs saying where the food is!

The room was requested as non smoking accessible but only had smoking accessible available. Lady said to me you don’t need an accessible room do you? I have lung issues so picked non smoking regular room and ended up having issues with the toilet being low. The Starbucks was not open when we were there but advertised as 24/7. There was no pool onsite even though it was advertised. They did offer a pool at a hotel half a mile away. The whole casino area was musty and dirty. There were gross cigarette butts on one of the handrails the entire time we were there. There were restaurants that were advertised as open but boarded up. The one restaurant open was hard to find and closed an hour earlier than we were verbally told. Maybe a time zone issue but confusing at best. The waiter in the morning was doing the work of 3 people and was awesome. The staff were audibly complaining about having to work or too busy on their phones to notice people needing help. Not a horrible stay overall but the deceptive advertising was disappointing.

Very accommodating

The cafe use to be good and have so many options. Since covid things have changed. Not much of a choice and theyve gotten expensive.. But, what hasn't, huh?😁

I like that it is pet friendly.

There were no outlets, the lamps next to bed didnt work, ac was extremly loud and wouldnt run ling e ough to cool the room

Air conditioning was excellent! The pillows on the bed are horrible, way to soft and small couldn’t sleep at all

Outlets didn't work in the room, had to charge my phone in the bathroom. Very thin door cause I heard every single thing outside the door. Housekeeping was yelling and talking with each other outside my room 2 hours before check out so I couldn't sleep in. The desk staff got what I needed done, but they weren't super friendly or anything. Will pay the extra money to stay somewhere else next time.

There’s literally no other amenities besides a bed a desk a very uncomfortable chair and the beds are absolutely hard and uncomfortable, and the pillows are flat and hard. No coffee no microwave nothing and when I was looking at properties, that’s definitely not what it said. I personally will never stay there again

Okay stay. The room was decent but was missing the usual amenities such as a coffee maker. Room was also small but clean. Views from our room were of a wall. Dining was closed despite the sign outside stating 24hour dining but there are a few fast food options outside of the casino. Elevator was out of service during our stay. They did have a convenience store in the property with limited options which was nice.

There was a roach in the room, notified the staff of the issue and left the property. They said they unchecked me in and put a note in the system them refused to refund my stay.
