O funcionário do café da manhã não preparava o que solicitávamos. Pessoas chegavam de madrugada fazendo muito barulho e esqueceram de repor itens de higiene.

Cet hébergement est très abordable. Si vous recherchez seulement un endroit où dormir, il est bien. Nous avons toutefois trouvé que l’endroit n’était pas idéal pour se déplacer à pied.

This was good for one nights stay. But I will warn you it’s paper thin to the outside and you will hear cars and dogs all night and come 7 am you will hear terrible amounts of noise from outside. Other than that, the staff was nice and helpful.

I arrived @Cozy Room during my first visit there and learned my booking had gone into the hotel's spam mail. Subsequently, there was no booking for me and no available rooms. However, Cozy Room immediately made it right-within 15 minutes they Ubered me, at their expense, to another hotel not too far away. I was heading to Machu Picchu the next morning so I left my luggage at the new hotel to hold until my return. Upon my return, Cozy Room had picked up my luggage and they were waiting for me upon my return @ the hotel where I stayed a night before my return trip to Lima. Overall, their service was awesome and they sure made up for the booking mishap.

The service is amazing but the hotel is not very in a clean part of the city. We had to pass everyday to go to plazadiarmas by horrific street.

Un lugar muy acogedor, pequeño pero cumple perfecto, su personal muy amable y atento todo el tiempo y dispuestos a ayudar.

Basic, clean hotel. Amazing terrace at top floor with a kitchen where we could cook our own food, big plus! But beware of no elevator so you have to run up and down the stairs a lot!

The room was quite small and gets cold at night with the single glazed windows and no heating. But they provide blankets. The shower was a good standard for Peru. The breakfast is freshly made scrambled or fried egg and a few buffet items like fruit and bread. The location is walkable to the main square but a little bit out to make it a good price

El servicio al cliente es excelente, el personal es muy capacitado, muy amable, e hicieron lo mejor no solo para ayudarnos con nuestras acomodaciones pero con otras necesidades relacionadas a turismo y guía en la ciudad. Nuestra habitación estaba con vista a la calle principal y hace mucho ruido de los vehículos, perros, se podía escuchar la conversación de la gente. Nuestra habitación necesitaba que modifiquen el sistema de sonido e ondulaciones por que aparte del sonido el frío en la noche era insoportable.

Foi muito boa a estadia. Os funcionarios foram gentis e prestativos. Me ajudaram com absolutamente tudo. Desde a minha mala que a companhia aérea perdeu até com os testes de Covid obrigatórios para voltar ao meu pais. Em especial Alfredo que foi sempre muito gentil.

Friendly receptionist and clean stay. We could also leave our bags in storage free of charge.

Friendly helpfull staff. Good location. Clean. Basic breakfast. A little expensive tour offered at the hotel, we could have saved a buck or two buying from a local "tourist info" place.

Tuve mala experiencia, dado que cancelaron mi reserva justo el día que llegue a Cusco y tuve que estar en busca de otro hospedaje por horas. Mal total.

The location is within an hours walk of most of the popular sights in Cusco. The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. I would try to stay here again if I return

Great place, very nicely furnished and amazing owner who is really helpful with everything! Easy and short walk into the main square. Definitely recommend to anyone and definitely will stay here again!

The hotel is on the third floor of an ordinary looking residential block, but once through the front door, it opens up, Tardis like, into three floors of rooms and a roof terrace. Our room was rather small with only an internal window, but well furnished, with storage space and a small bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times.

Hotels was lovely. People who works here are super nice and helpful.
