送迎サービスありと書いてあったがタクシーで来いと言われた。清潔ではなかった。バスタオルを要求しないと持ってこない。石けん、シャンプー等がおいてなかった。

Nothing like unique staff & His behavior is not good for the traveler very essential to improve their behavior from the guest that coming from other state that with they are not conveniences in tamil & telgu.

Nous avons ete refuse dans l etablissement sous pretexte que nous n avions pas de reservation alors que nous avions paye et reserve depuis 6 mois!!!!Inadmissible!!!! Nous avons du repartir alors qu il etait 2 heures du matin car leur hotel etait plein!!!

Friendly helpful staff. The room had no windows at all so it was difficult to know if it was day or night. Complimentary breakfast was not available. Organized a great driver to show me around Chennai.

We were promised a luxury suite and we were thoroughly disappointed after a tiring journey. The room stank like some animals had inhabited there before, and the squatting toilet attached to the room was beyond anyone's wildest imagination possible in terms of how horrible it was - we had absolutely no choice at 12 midnight to look for another place so stuffed towels under the door to escape from any smell and the little ants lizards and cockroaches, The bedsheets had all kinds of dirt on it that we literally slept on top of the mattress. Mosquitoes had their night of feasting on the two young boys as if they were their dinner. A single Hotel staff helped enthusiastically but orders came from the son who also took 100 Rs more than what we had to pay. No airport drop-off was provided while it was promised, ansnno breakfast was brought in time. Overall this hotel should not be allowed to operate. Please do not step insid it!
