No cleaning, no wifi two days out of three days stay, almost invisible hand soap etc; paid 5 star price for 1 star service

Sehr schöne Wohnung im Zentrum mit toller Aussicht. Absolut zu empfehlen.

We stayed for two nights and it was a pleasant stay. Only issue was with the wi-fi not available the second day.

Excelente localização. Apartamento duplex é espaçoso e bem decorado, mas a escada de acesso ao quarto dificulta subida com malas. A equipe de atendimento é acolhedora e disponível para a guarda de malas antes do check in. A localização permite conhecer os principais pontos turísticos à pé, com cafés e restaurantes nas proximidades.

Check in was a little bumpy for us: late night arrival and the electronic key didn't work for us, but the emergency number and staff assisted promptly. The location is excellent - very centrally located, and everything was walkable. The apartment was fantastic - downstairs was living area and kitchenette and dining table with smart TV; upstairs was the bedroom with plenty of storage space, and the bathroom. In the good-to-know category: shampoo and soap provided but bring your own conditioner; wifi was not great (zoom meetings were a bit of a challenge); and there is an elevator to the apartment but 21 steps to the bedroom. A/C was excellent! We'd definitely stay again!

This property and specifically Katherina was the highlight of our trip! The location was perfect and the room was so beautiful. The service by Katherina was exceptional! Greeted us outside to help us park the car, walked us to our room, suggested a perfect restaurant and did the same thing on our way out. Strongly recommend!

We had a nice 4 night stay here. The apartment

Perfect apartment, everything you need- we had the attic loft with private terrace, which was perfect for evening drinks overlooking the Cathedral and Alcazar. Stayed 4 nights so had a mid clean provided and changed towels. Keys are electronically provided via App and very easy instructions. Staff were easily contactable via WhatsApp and were helpful and responsive. Highly recommend if you are after a self catering style place.

Fantastic 3rd floor apartment in ideal location! Located on quiet street, 1 block from Seville Cathedral and possibly 100 restaurants and bars (all inside the radius of a 10-minute walk). Beautiful area that felt safe with many people out and about after midnight (many places close at 1130pm). Apartment was spacious and extremely clean. Evening drink on patio was relaxing and offered a very nice view. Once inside your private apartment, take the stairs or ride up in the elevator (lift). Staff was very helpful with assisting with check-in a your electronic key (on your phone). Very easy stay. Highly recommend Puerta Catedral Indios lifts to everyone coming to Seville. Thank you

Phenomenal apartment with a large balcony. Right in the middle of everything.

The location was absolutely perfect - short walking distance to Catedral and Real Alcázar. The size was also perfect for a small family, complete with a kitchen. There was plenty of closet space and the bathroom was large. And the record player and smart TV were a nice touch.
