Incredible atay and helpful staff

Spent three nights as a single traveller in April 2026. Room was very nice, quiet and clean with all things you need like large TV, hairdryer, refrigerator, hot water boiler etc. Fresh towels were provided every morning in a bag at your room door. One could use them if needed. Did book breakfast and had the choice between a typical Japanese breakfast or burger style with fries in restaurants adjacent to the hotel. Nothing special but sufficient and Taste. I can fully recommend this hotel for the special rate I got it through hotels.com

This hotel was a wonderful surprise! I was particularly impressed by the room size, which was much larger than expected for the price. While the location is a bit of a walk from the nearest station, it’s well worth it if you don't mind a little exercise. The highlight was definitely the view: waking up to the sunrise over downtown Osaka with Utsubo Park in the foreground was unforgettable. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout my stay, and the traditional Japanese breakfast was a great way to start the day.

スタッフの対応は、皆良かったです。 朝食は、隣の和食屋さんでした。 焼き魚と副菜の小鉢、ご飯と味噌汁の朝ごはんは、美味しかったです。 女性にちょうど良い量でした。 アメニティは、化粧水、乳液が無くて、残念でした。 ぜんとしては、落ち着いて泊まれるホテルでした。

Spent one night at Hotel Shiki before moving into my friend’s flat. Awaza is a lovely and calm area which I lived for a few months for Osaka expo last year. Loved the vibe and been longing to come back. This is my second time staying at Hotel Shiki. Loved their spacious room and the very nicely strong shower head was amazing.

The room was spotless and well appointed. The bed was comfy. The staff were very attentive.

Great location for us, take 55,75,88 and easy to get there. Room is nice and clean.
