The property is very nice . My room was ok , nice view , spacious bathroom except the shower . The lights switchers are confusing but understandable because is an old European style . Breakfast is very good . A lot choices and was included in the price . Staff is great always try to help you . Location is good , just 600 mts from San Gimignano main entrance . You don’t need a car to go close to inside the walls . Parking is difficult in the area but you will find a spot away from the hotel .! I will recommend this property is you like to be close to the area !

Insisted I reserved 2 rooms, both paid through Expedia. Refused to issue key to the second room so I could confirm such a room existed.

Parking is a bit hard as seems to be the case all over town. The location and facilities were great!

Excellent location just 12 minutes walking distance to San Gimignano center. Breakfast was very good.

Lovely place with wonderful staff. I use a cane and was a bit worried about the walk into the centre but it was a nice experience and good to have a five minute walk after dinner. I paid for a little extra for a deluxe room with balcony in the main building and the view was great.

Tutto perfetto.. personale gentile, camere pulite, abbastanza grandi , con una bella vista sul paese.. comodo per visitare San Gimignano andandoci a piedi..

This is not a hotel, more like private hostel, so to me not worth paying 100€ . Reception service was not good but breakfast they prepared latte di avena(oat milk) for me only for cappuccino, not with cereals. view and locations were wonderful, but we lived in Toscana( Firenze Nord ) about 1 year and we know servizi toscani are much better than them. Would not recommend for prices.

Charmant petit hôtel pour un séjour d’une nuit. Accueil courtois et facilité pour le stationnement. Excellent petit déjeuner. À proximité de la ville fortifiée à pied. Superbe vue sur la région environnante!

Un joli petit hotel a deux pas du centre historique. Accueil tres sympa (et en francais). Tres belle vue sur la ville. Chambre confortable.

Muy cercano a la entrada de la ciudad. La atención es super amable de los anfitriones. El desayuno es extraordinario y está incluido en el costo de la reserva. Excelente opción.

Una bellissima struttura e non da dimenticare una buona colazione con prodotti tutti freschi.

The staff was great, restaurant was great, location was great, views were great. Easy walk to San Gimignano. Parking was a challenge, but worked.

We only stayed 1 night in San Gimignano, next time will stay longer. We had a rental car and the friendly property owners made sure we had a parking spot right by the entrance. Thank you. Lovely stay; nice dinner in the lovely courtyard. Easy walk into town. At night you can see San Gimignano's lights/skylight while listening to the birds sing. Our room was basic and it had everything we needed. We departed very early the next morning so we just grabbed pastries and coffee on the run, but the breakfast looked yummy. Felt very safe walking to and from San Gimignano. Highly recommended.
