쾌청한 공기가 너무 좋았고, 아침 일출 배경이 좋았읍니다 조용하고 친철한 직원들의 서비스도 좋았구요 .. 기회가 된다면 다시한번 가고싶읍니다

レストランをもう少し充実して下さい。

Le personnel de cet hôtel préfère regarder son téléphone plutôt que de s'occuper des clients et n'est même pas capable de retrouver une réservation ni de s'excuser quand ils se rendent compte de leur erreur. Bref l'hôtel en lui même est correct mais les gens qui y travaillent rendent le séjour exécrable.

Nieuw enorm en luxe Chinees hotel. Er waren zeer weinig gasten en (te) veel personeelsleden. We voelden ons daardoor nogal opgelaten... kamer is groot, gratis koffie en thee, balkon - - zonder meubels, maar die kun je van binnen gebruiken...- bed is zacht voor Laotiaanse begrippen. Ontbijt was eerste dag buffet, tweede dag gedeeltelijk met eitje op aanvraag. Alles vers, maar, zoals verwacht, op Aziaten gericht. Fietsjes waren gratis maar in slechte staat. Voor ons goed genoeg. We hebben ze gebruikt om bij wandelplekken te komen ( We hadden watervallen reeds bezocht vanuit onze vorige logeerplek ). In de buurt zijn enkele weggetjes die leuk zijn om te bewandelen voor de avonturiers onder jullie... De laatste dag zijn we gratis naar de weg gebracht waar de busjes / songtaws naar Pakse langskwamen. Geen ideeën van receptie dames voor tripjes in de buurt ( op de aardbeienfarm na dan... ) Vriendelijk personeel wat helaas nauwelijks Engels spreekt. Al met al een goed hotel, maar niet gericht op westerse toeristen.

We got room 511 which is very large and faces the back of hotel. Could partly see the beautiful sunset from our windows. The windows can be opened and we can walk to the balcony and walk to other rooms' balcony as well. It's like a few rooms nearby share the same large and long balcony. This design is good as we can walk to other places to view sunset or exercise outdoor but is also risky as other guests can enter our room if we don't lock the windows. Breakfast is a simple buffet and good enough. Hotel has free drop off to Amazon Cafe in the petrol station. Staff service is excellent at Front Desk but one female staff at breakfast was not up to what I expected. I asked her for the clamp to take fruits into my plate and she just "Huh?" instead of saying "What would you like, please?" either in English or Lao. She told me to use the clamp for taking sandwich which I think not proper. There should be another clamp for taking fruits. The next morning there was a separate clamp. Other than that our stay was perfect. High quality new hotel!
