Super bar tender-front desk coverage. Great location for dog stays

The hotel was modern, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly, I will definitely stay here again.

Overall was clean but staff never seemed to be present. Shower sucked, food was so so.

Lots of wonderful things about this hotel and would have loved to give a 5, but shower was horrible. Rain shower with open door concept. The water never got very warm, it trickled and was freezing! Walls are VERY thin and you can hear everything said next door. Also, our room was right next to the ice machine which was very loud. Rooms are large and nicely decorated- breakfast was fine- staff was great.

Beds were comfortable and the rest on was very clean. The bathroom sliding door didn't stay shut, but minor inconvenience.

The entire property was among the best that I've been to. Staff was friendly, helpful and a joy to work with. The room was spacious, clean and the kitchen was well furnished. Breakfast had many options and of good quality. The room rate was more than reasonable. This was the most enjoyable stay I've had in some time.

Multiple sites said this hotel has a nice bar. Photos verified that. We were looking forward to a nice cocktail after our concert. However, it turns out that this bar is non-operational. Need to update their websites to reflect this.

Everything was above par. Facility was very clean and quiet.

Staff at check in was

Staff were friendly. The refrigerator had mold on the racks, Rm. #403. Needs to be cleaned as I imagine the mini fridges in other units may need similar service.
