My stat was good. I didnt bump into any major issues. The breakfast was sufficiently planned and included everything a normal person needs to start a day. Overall, it was a good stay

Great location. Ok price but the cleaning... Found a bra behind the fridge when we tried to plug it in. And the vent in the shower was just urgh... Told the lady in the reception but not much of a notice from her. Don't bother using the safe. It is not fastened to anything so... Just walk away with it.

Perfect location with everything you need! Comfortable beds and pillows. Appreciated the air conditioning and healthy breakfast options. A short walk from the train station and to all of the main sites on Épernay!

Staff were excellent. Explained the area and provided suggestions. Location of hotel was great - easy walking distance to activities and features. Room was clean, however it was very small.

Sehr gute Lage, so dass man zu Fuss problemlos ins Zentrum kommt. Das Parkhaus ist ebenfalls sehr nahe. Das Hotel ist 24 h offen (Nachtpotier), so dass wir auch mitten in der Nacht mit dem Hund nach draussen Gassi gehen konnten. Praktisch war das grosse Zimmer, wo wir zu dritt alle Platz gut Platz hatten. Juli 2026

Bra frukost, bra läge i Epernay med gångavstånd till Av de Champagne. Rummen är ok, lagom stora för två men inbjuder inte till något häng på rummet. Fläckar på kaklet i badrummet, misstänker mögel.

Well located for exploring the Champagne houses. Parking very easy on the road outside (free). Room was clean as was linen and bath towels. However, there were lots of blonde hair in balls on the floor ( I am a redhead so weren’t mine!) Did have breakfast as lots of great cafes ! There were people using the breakfast facility

No headboard behind the bed. If you sat on the bed there were wall lamps and electrical outlets right where your head would rest. 1 uncomfortable chair in the room, so no place to sit that was comfortable. Mini fridge on the floor so you had to kneel on the floor to access it. Bath okay. We had a deck that had a good view. Bed was comfortable. Would not recommend.
