Location was good! No issues with local renovations as mentioned in Trip Advisor Reviews! Unable to accommodate an early check in! Airport Transfer booked through hotel and was excellent and on time! Noisy rooms neighbours which reception sorted once made aware! Lovely room! 2 separate clean bathroom towels had someone else’s hair on them! Staff lovely! Air con good! Really squeaky bed which disturbed sleep, but partners was fine! Overall would recommend

英語があまり話せなくて不安でしたが、日本語が話せるスタッフさんがいて安心して宿泊出来ました。近くにフェリー乗り場、スーパー、レストランなどすべてありますので立地はいいです。お部屋は広くて清潔でゆっくり滞在出来ました。

お部屋は清潔で広く、3泊ゆっくり滞在出来ました。 スタッフさんの対応はすごく良かったです。バレッタ行きのフェリー、近くのスーパー、レストランすべて徒歩圏内でした。オススメです。

Rent och OK standard. Sängarna däremot var väldigt slitna och rummen extremt lyhörda. Man hör viskningar från folk som passerar i korridoren utanför rummet. AC lät väldigt högt. Rummet fylldes av os från köket när frukost tillagas trots att det låg på våning 5, men om ens liv kretsar runt bacon kanske det kan upplevas mysigt. Frukosten inte värd 10€. Du får en godare frukost för halva priset på närmsta cafeteria.

Hotel was in a great location, close to ferry and buses. Room was clean, and staff were helpful.

seul bémol notre chambre avec balcon donnait sur un chantier à 5 mètres de la façade et causait des nuisances sonores à partir de 7h jusqu'à 20H et le chantier est loin d'être achevé......

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Sliema. The location was perfect—right in the center of everything and just a short walk to the ferry station for Valletta. What made this place truly special was the people. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, from the front desk staff to the housekeeping team. They always greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. I accidentally left my jacket at the hotel after checking out, and they were kind enough to offer to help ship it back to the United States. That level of care and customer service is rare and very much appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Malta. Great location, wonderful staff, and exceptional hospitality!

Construction work on adjacent site until 2027. Noisy, dirty and no privacy. Rendered balcony unusable. Noise late at night and early in the morning! No advance warning provided!

旅行の最終日、フライトの関係で1日だけ朝食なしで宿泊しました。その前にこのホテルに３泊しています。詳しくはそちらに写真も載せていますが、4泊目の食事なし宿泊をextensionという扱いにして、部屋をそのまま使わせてくれました。とても助かりました。部屋もきれいで、食事もおいしくて、ロケーションも良くて、スタッフさんも親切で、融通をきかせてくれるホテルでした。今回だいぶ堪能したので、マルタに次いつ行くかわかりませんが、もし行くときは、冷蔵庫も備えてあり、フルイングリッシュブレックファーストが食べられるMR TODDにします。

This is a very nice, clean and comfortable hotel, well situated for restaurants and the ferry across the harbour. But it is the staff team who make the difference here, every one of them was warm, friendly and helpful - Thank you

Ferries4というバス停から歩いて５分もしないくらい。たくさんのバスが停まるバス停です。スタッフは親しみやすく質問に答えてくれます。部屋は大変広々としていて、とてもきれいです。デスクと、収納棚と冷蔵庫とお茶セットがあります。冷たい物を買ってきても、一息つくまで冷やしておけます。エレベーターもあるので、荷物が重くてもOK。朝食はフロントのある階でビュッフェ形式です。組み合わせてフルイングリッシュブレックファーストが食べられます。ビーンズとマッシュルームとスイカがあって嬉しかったです。 素晴らしくて、次にマルタに来てもここに泊まりたいです。１つ希望を言えば、コーヒー、紅茶、砂糖のところにミルクがあれば完璧でした。

Had a really good two night stay here. No problems at all with noise, didn’t hear any building work. We did have an internal room though with window overlooking central light well. Rooms were spacious and clean. Location is excellent. Literally a few mins walk to the ferry/boats to Valletta, Gozo and Comino. Would definitely stay here again as great value.

Staff were so attentive and helpful , only thing we had was that our shower was broken - could not change the height, and the rooms could have been cleaner in the small details - coat hangers and tops of wardrobes were dusty. That being said the room was cleaned daily. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.
