가격대비 만족도 매우떨어졌어요 시카고를 다시간다면 다른곳에 묵겠습니다 -location: 블루라인 잭슨역에서 머지않아 위치는 나쁘지않았어요 -facility: 2개침실에 거실사이즈 둘다 적당했어요 그러나 커피머신이나 토스터기, 주전자 듬은 낡았고 특히 커피머신과 토스터기는 안쪽에 먼지가 끼어 사용하지못했어요 : lobby나 roof 모두 시설이 별로에요 -Communications: 최악이었습니다 아파트에 staff도 없고 전화하면 answering machine이 받아 app으로만 소통하게합니다 7박을 머무르는 동안 타월을 새로 받기위해 여러번 액으로 chat을 해야했습니다 정말 불편하고 화가 났습니다

The apartment was perfect. Location made everything walkable. Super clean. Bright rooms. Bed was super comfy. I can’t say enough good things about this place. I loved it and would stay here again on my next trip to Chicago

We would absolutely consider a Sonder apartment again for a trip - it was wonderful to have space for everyone to stretch out a bit and a place where we could eat-in after each day full of museums and 7+miles of city walking! Having a bathroom for each teen plus one for the parents was wonderful. The beds are not the most comfortable - memory foam isn't my favorite mattress material. Other than some crumbs on the floor when we arrived in one bedroom, the unit was clean and the access was easy. Plus, a safe location and fairly sound-proofed, Definitely a repeat option for our next trip to Chicago. I'll have to see what they have elsewhere!

Excellent location. Check in and out was smooth. Rooms were clean, mattresses were comfortable but mattress frames do need some updating. Too low to ground and has a cheap look. Should definitely need some updates in the furniture.

The location for this property was ideal for the main areas in Chicago. We had a 4 bedroom apartment. They were spacious enough for what we needed. We did have an issue with no remote control but the live chat sorted that within minutes.

This is the best Sonder property we've ever stayed at!! The location is perfect for Chicago. We had a few different questions during our stay and we always received immediate and thorough answers by using the chat button in the app. Would definitely stay here again!

Although we had a great time inside, the surrounding areas were sketchy and unsafe. Would not recommend staying here if traveling alone without protection. The security guards inside the hotel were either never on post or on their phone, not being attentive. The rooms were beautiful and spacious, although we did have problems with lighting in one bathroom.

Property in poor condition & dirt. No follow through on resolution with management

Great apartment, we were given an extra bedroom which we used as a wardrobe. Well equipped, modern and well decorated. Full cooker, fridge freezer, microwave. We were provided with tablets for laundry and dishwasher. Washing up.liquids, towels and toilet roll. Great shower. Loved the location. We enjoy cities and walking. Trains a very short walks (several L stations). Target was a 15 minute walk, great independent coffee shop 2 mins from entrance. We will use Sonder again.

Meget glad for opholdet. Stedet lå perfekt og det var nemt at tjekke ind. Men desværre var vinduerne meget utætte i lejligheden og det trak ind. Vi havde -10 grader udenfor. Så det var bestemt ikke optimalt.

Loved the location.

Great stay. Bedroom temperature didn’t seem to work great but otherwise very nice stay.

Arrived to find the unit chilled to 65 degrees and reeking of the world’s worst air freshner (like urinal pucks) that took 3 days to dissipate (it made me wheeze). Warmed the unit by turning on the oven. Bathroom sink clogged with hair. Last day no hot water. Noisy next to the subway. No blackout curtains. Bland and boxy. Made me regret not checking in to a hotel.

Perfect for a girls' weekend get-away. Close to CTA station and walkable to many attractions and restaurants. Comfortable and well-stocked with basic necessaries (dishes, cutlery, glassware). Added plus was the roof top terrace we enjoyed on the unseasonably balmy October evening! Our only complaint was not being able to stay longer. We hope to be back.

Our stay was pleasant and the 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms were perfect for five people.

I didn’t get to stay here but it seemed like a nice place
