Muy a gusto la atención es increíble

La estadía estuvo muy buena, nos recibieron muy bien ya que llegamos a las 11:00 pm y alguien nos recibió. Al llegar a nuestro cuarto el aspecto se ve un poco viejo y a la mañana siguiente nos dimos cuenta que aún había un par de sandalias que el huésped anterior dejó, no vimos a nadie para reportarlo, en la página nos decía que harían limpieza pero al llegar nuevamente por la noche nos dimos cuenta que el lugar no había sido limpiado, las sandalias seguían ahí y todo de la misma forma. El baño se nota que es muy viejo y la tina del baño estaba con mucha costra de suciedad, afortunadamente siempre llevamos sandalias de baño. En aspectos de limpieza no está bien.

It was a quiet place. It was clean considering the area it was in.

This place was terrible it was like being in jail nothing around no places to get food I only stayed there one night and left. No body is there at night if you need anything. We booked it for 12 nights but only stayed there one night. It was really hot in our room no air conditioning. No taxi service to take you anywhere. Me and my wife had to leave and go to a different hotel. I hope Expedia will help me get my money back.

Excelente servicio

Mal organizado. Me dejaron esperando en la calle como por 30 minutos, con mis maletas después de llegar del aeropuerto a la 1:30 AM y no me querían dejar entrar porque a la chica no le enviaron mi reservación confirmada de habitación. Yo le enseñé mi número de confirmación de expedía y me dijo que no le servía. Finalmente me dejó entrar y con la condición que no me fuera a ir del hotel antes de aclararar todo. En la mañana no me dieron ninguna explicación de nada. Ni siquiera se disculparon.

This is the second time to stay in the hotel , and the safe is very important. I just want to recommend to remodel the sowers to offer a best comfort.

Everyone was very helpful and it’s very clean. The only problem is that there is not a/c but they give you a fan to place in the room. Food was great and staff very friendly and helpful during the entire stay.

The property is in a gated community which creates problems when you order an uber. I could have missed my flight this way. Even though I asked management if getting an uber would be an issue. They said no but I watched 3 ubers get to the guard gate and turn around. And I had a 6am flight. The hostel does do shuttle runs to the airport. Cost $80 outside of 8-8pm I believe. An uber is $20. I dont mind the price but please warn people as i could easily have missed my flight if another couple wasnt also going to the airport. So be mindful of this. Other than this, the rooms are large and clean. Mine was upstairs. So be mindful if you have heavy luggage. Mine was a shared bathroom experience. That always depends on who else is using it. Also the walls are very thin and I was next to the bathroom. Yikes! Overall a nice enough place for short term stay except for the transportion inconvenience
