Check in was pretty bad. They were late getting me the correct information and they got my name wrong. The room numbers and floors are confusing. Other things that were not impressive: they had no hand towel in the kitchen, the bathroom shower flooded because of poor design (I had much better showers in Granada and Valencia) and they had no clothes shelves, hooks, closets, or hangers. Weird that they call it an apartment.... other than that, it was fine. The staff were responsive and eventually got me what I needed, and the place was large and clean.

Room was super clean. Staff very helpful, the lady at the reception desk and the cleaning lady too. Location of the Slow Suites Setas very good.

L’appartement est magnifique, pratique et très grand. La dame à la réception était très gentille, et le système de clé numérique facile à utiliser. L’accès au toit, avec une belle vue d’ensemble de la ville, quel plaisir! L’endroit est très bien situé, à 15 minutes de marche de la vieille ville. Le seul bémol est le bruit de la rue très passante. Nous reviendrons!

The room was fine. But the sewerage system really smells, I think it is overdue a clean, and there was never hot water in the main en-suite.

La habitación estaba limpiada muy superficialmente. Había insectos y mosquitos. No te dejan lo mínimo indispensable para un apartamento como enseres de limpieza instructivo de los aparatos. No esperar un servicio excepcional. No te advierten de los costos del parking para dar una mejor recomendación más económica. Fuera de eso buena ubicación cercana al centro.

O apartamento é bom. Tem tudo o que é necessário. A casa de banho é pequena proporcionalmente ao resto do alojamento. Os funcionários foram muito amáveis.

Great 2 bedroom apartment, air conditioner worked very well as we experienced hot weather. Very central location for entertainment, restaurants, major attractions, shopping, we walked to everything. It was terrific having a concierge on site who spoke English and was very helpful with our questions. Roof top access was a terrific bonus for appreciating the sunsets and view, plus a great spot for meeting friends.

Nice large clean property, right in the middle of everything. Excellent restaurant right outside the door and taxis nearby as well. The negative is that it was dark, although there was adequate lighting.
