Very very nice hotel and staff.

Absolutely loved our stay at Conrad’s the staff were exceptional and really went out of their way to look after us even helping us back to the train station to make it on time, thank you again for that! The restaurant is superb the service and the food amazing, the location is beautiful a very peaceful part in the mountains only ten minutes in the bus to St Moritz and beautiful surroundings but the staff and service are what would bring us back

A beautiful, modern gem in Silvaplana, very close to St. Moritz. It is a lovely little area on the lake in the Alps. The restaurant is excellent and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. We wish we could have stayed longer.

The staff was particularly helpful. They offered ginger tea when they heard that my wife did not feel well. Their ginger tea was strong and it worked.

Las habitaciones muy bonitas, todo el personal simpatiquísimo y super atentos. Pequeño spa, guarda esquís, e incluso creo que ofrecían alquiler de esqui gratuito, pero no lo hemos usado.

Nossa hospedagem foi incrível, equipe super simpática, desde a recepção até o pessoal do restaurante e café da manhã. Café da manhã alegre, as pessoas nos recebiam com bom dia e sorrisos, comida deliciosa e uma vista linda das montanhas. Quarto muito confortável, travesseiros e edredom de qualidade, banheiro e quarto em ótimo tamanho e ainda nos deram passe gratuito para circularmos nos ônibus. Já recomendei pra amigos que irão pra St Moritz em março

Miami to St Moritz for a few days of a 3 week trip. I can say enough about the staff, Tika is a wonderful new employee, she was so helpful with bookings and went above and beyond. 5 stars and the hotel is a beautiful boutique hotel in a great location. Thank you for the experience...

The room was nicer than pictures online which is always a nice bonus. The check in was seamless and the staff checking us in were extremely friendly and helpful. The surrounding area is very quiet but is close enough to surrounding attractions that you can walk to or hop on a bus. The restaurant for the hotel does AMAZING pizza I would definitely recommend! Overall a nice hotel that I would return to.

Es war einfach alles perfekt.

Wir wurden noch selten so freundlich empfangen und auch während unseres Aufenthalts war das ganze Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Zimmer und Frühstücke waren ebenfalls super. Der Preis jedoch etwas hoch, leider wie üblich in dieser Region.

Bellissima location, strategica per chi ama le escursioni nelle bellissime montagne dell’Engadina! Ristorante ottimo con specialità pizza al metro!! Unico neo non ho apprezzato il cuscino troppo molle 😂

La qualité de l'accueil suisse avec une équipe très professionnelle et chaleureuse ! Possibilité de se garer à moins de 5 mn de l’hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est très bon.
