Room was great, but the front desk customer service could have been much better. I like to have my card to the room & my driver's license handed to me, not put on the counter for me grab.

Stayed here a few times and always amazing service and super clean.

The road noise and the fan in the bathroom that runs all the time is a bit annoying

No working internet, no daily room cleaning service, noisy guests

The hotel is old and run down and needs to be updated.The room had an unpleasant odor. Also the air conditioner didn't work well.

This hotel was just average. We chose it because of the high rating, especially on cleanliness but it was disappointing. The carpet was dark but still didn’t appear very clean. The shower was obviously wiped down regularly but the corners and crevices were not. The bed was comfy and it was clean. Just not what I expected based on reviews. Also there was broken glass in the parking lot where another car had the window smashed. That happens but at least clean it up.
