The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and the breakfast is plentiful and varied. However, they seem to be having trouble communicating with the reservation system. We booked three rooms with breakfast included, and upon arrival, it turned out that only one room had breakfast included. So, I had to send them confirmations for all the rooms. The receptionist confirmed that everything was in order, but the next day at breakfast, it turned out they wouldn't let our group in because the breakfast staff didn't recognize our pre-paid breakfast in the system. This meant I had to explain the situation again. When I'm going on vacation, I shouldn't be interested in handling reservation-related matters for a hotel employee. That's their job, not mine. and the hotel bar also lacks a bit of honesty, the Happy Hours promotion sometimes turns out to be 100% paid and the beer that is supposed to be 500 ml on the menu suddenly turns out to be 300 ml

A comfortable hotel with modern rooms and helpful staff. The dining area is a little cramped at breakfast but the variety is decent and of a good quality. Dinner seemed similarly busy - there are some excellent restaurants in the area which may be better. The outdoor pool was clean but a little chilly. The indoor pool was surprisingly warm and very popular with guests. A surprisingly pleasant, relaxed experience

The food was excellent with a good choices each evening and the staff worked like a whirlwind to make tables clear and clean and making sure we were all accommodated asap.However it was difficult for them when SO many guests turned up at the same time for breakfast and evening meal especially so I suggest you have dining times that are adhered to so we all get our table without waiting outside.VERY GOOD food. Indoor swimming pool let down by poor shower facilities with nowhere to hang your clothes or a locker to put them in.I had to keep my towel and room keys in my mouth to keep them dry.This I think is the reason so few people use the indoor swimming pool which itself is very nice and warm. I will visit again and the reception staff were also very helpful.

Nice hotel, braskfest ok but not much variety, nice pools and close to restaurants and public transport.

Nous avons pu diner dès notre arrivée (21h29). Surclassement. La réception a contacté la navette pour organiser notre retour et un bag a été prévu pour notre petit déjeuner (départ 4h05). Accessible en bus, en avril 2€ le ticket pour 2h proche terminus bugibba qui dessert plein de coins à visiter. Baie à 5 10 min à pied. Piscine extérieure un peu fraîche, piscine intérieure chauffée. Eau non comprise (diner) en demi pension. Eau buvable mais avec un goût. Pression douche faible en journée. Chambre moderne coin lavabo un peu petit. Je recommande vivement.
