Very helpful and friendly staff. Great location for walking around Oban.

Es war ok. Parkplatz kostete extra, das WLAN war ziemlich langsam und der Toilettenpapier Halter war so doof positioniert das es beim hinsetzen nur abreißen konnte. Ansonsten gute location sehr nah am zentralen Ort von oban

The Scot is one of the best if not the best accommodation for passer by’s through the picturesque town of Oban. Located in the very middle of everything, with restaurants, shops, and the Instagrammable little port not more than a couple of minutes walking distance away. Rooms are very well maintained and appointed. The bathrooms are a little small but modern and very clean. We would definitely stay here again on another visit to Oban

The inside of the hotel is v modern and has nice amenities. Small maintenance issues need dealing with. The exterior needs some touch ups. Staff, Mia, was great and one not so hospitable. Didn’t select breakfast when told my only option was the buffet for 14.99£, despite menu offerings stating otherwise.

Great place. While there, a must is Norries for fish and chips……you will not regret!! I’m not saying I have a big Haddock, but look at the size of the bag.😉

Lack of a lift is challenging with suitcases!

Excellent 3 night stay. 10 min walk from the station in the heart of town. Rooms were a good size, very clean & warm. Tea, coffee & hot chocolate plus bottles of water. Oh yes, chocolate marshmallows too. Lovely touch. The lady that checked us in was lovely. She also served our drinks later the same night. Again, the same lady was serving breakfast as well. Breakfast was excellent, good quality ingredients can recommend

On-site parking with walkable access to downtown and distillery was very practical

Stay was ok, no lift, pay for parking, Good location.

We ended up having a studio suite located on exterior of the property. It was very clean, washer/dryer combo we didn’t expect, and an overly large bathroom. The suite was good to relax. Everything looked like photos.

Had to pay for parking and breakfast but most importantly the bathroom was literally a closet and had mold on the ceiling

first of all there is no elevator which seems strange, as you have to carry your bags . secondly there was no air conditioning. the room was really hot and humid. we could not open the windows as it was right on the road with lot of traffic noise. a small fan was provided which was not helpful

The room was clean. The bathroom has been renovated with good shower pressure. However, the beds were quite uncomfortable. Note that there is no elevator on the premises - not a big deal for us but that may not be the case for everyone. Lastly, the breakfast is overpriced. I would probably go out if I were to return. At 15 pounds each, that converts to just under $30 can. Even in overpriced Toronto, that’s expensive.

Ett av de bedre hotellene i scotland jeg har bodd på. Relativt nyoppusset og rent og pent. Bra vann trykk og bra frokost men fortsatt engelsk frokost.

Easy parking and clean rooms!

Room was clean. Parking was awesome. Good location to explore from.

This was our second stay at Thd Scot Hotel. Our room was clean, comfortable and had a great shower. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. Luggage was stored after check-out to allow us more time exploring the town before geting our train in the mid-afternon.

Room was comfortable even though I had the compact room. Totally adequate. .Toilet rim was a little dirty but likely a small miss by cleaning staff. Small shower stall but great shower! Very convenient location. Had parking which is a great feature given its very central location. Great bar too. Would stay again.
