Staff friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Stayed here for 9 days as a solo female traveller and I had the most enjoyable experience. The staff was fantastic from day one to day nine. Access to a shuttle to Epcot was a nice plus and there were several events happening in the bar area through the week to entertain guests such as a paint and sip night. I would stay here again for the location, the cleanliness and the staff.

In general the service people were great... All, room service and restaurant. But Juan y María at the restaurant were the best.

This property is in a convenient location with restaurants and shopping near by.

It's stat that continental breakfast but we have the same repeat breakfast everyday also not much of dining option

I like this property I usually stay here when I cannot book a room at a Disney Resort. I will say however in the last year their changes are a bit expensive for the type of hotel it is. They now charge nightly for parking and our room was not the cleanest.

The staff was incredible. So friendly and flexible. Always had good attitudes and energy.

Every staff member we encounter was very welcoming and friendly. Outstanding service.

I paid almost $400 through Expedia and got to the property and breakfast wasn’t even included. I spent $30 to eat as well as I spent $15 to park so all in all the price on Expedia is way different than what I paid once I got to the property. The hotel was nice, but the room wasn’t very clean super close to other locations which I liked it was close to Disney close to Disney Springs but other than that probably wouldn’t book here again.

No free breakfast and 19 dollars a day for parking. Oh forgot to mention 75 Non refundable pet fee..never again.
