Great location but NOT well maintained or clean

Très très bien situé à proximité de tout. Propre, ma chambre était confortable. Toutefois, bcp d'escaliers à grimper avec les valises. Souvent personne à la réception et le personnel est correct, tout au plus. Le déjeuner est très ordinaire, toujours le même et on doit souvent faire soi-même! Donc pour le prix élevé de cet hébergement, je m'attendais à mieux!

I had an absolutely amazing stay at the Rossio Hostel. Good location to the city, amazinggg service from the staff: they were so welcoming and helpful! The hostel had a cozy ”home” atmosphere which I most definitely prefer as I was solo-travelling. I’m so happy that one of the staff even spoke Swedish (my native language), which made it even feel more like home :) Booking was also very easy to manage and to choose your preferred room! Breakfast was included, it was okay but great to have it as an option. They are able to store your bags if you haven’t checked in yet, or on your day of check-out so you can explore the city more. Once you get your room, there’s automatic lockers for your bags. They can provide you with a towel if needed. Clean rooms and bathrooms! One thing I’d like to mention is that the reception is open between 9am-midnight, good to know for anyone that hasn’t checked in yet as I arrived very early (between midnight-9am).. but honestly that’s my fault and it was no problem for me as I went to see the sunrise at the Alfama — which was very close walking distance to the hostel location! It’s close to the Rossio Station were they have lockers for your bags. There’s a supermarket called Pingo Doce just on the corner of the hostel were you can get all essentials. I can also recommend the Normal store (5 min walk), which has everything you need. If I ever come back to Lisbon (hopefully I’ll do!) I would love to stay here again! Thanks once again!

Acesso muito ruim. Muitas escadas. Banheiro compartilhado mal higienizado.

Chambre spartiate et propre mais sol de la salle de bain pas fini, en béton. Propreté de la douche douteuse. Il faut préciser chambre au 5e étage sans ascenseur. Hôtel très bien situé, mais très bruyant. Personnel accueillant et serviable

Daniel at Reception kindly carried my suitcase to the fourth floor. Brilliant location but no lift so moving luggage might be difficult for some. I enjoyed my stay. Very central location within easy walking distance of most places.

O hotel é limpo, possui recepção 24h, permitem guardar a bagagem antes do check in e após o check out. O pequeno almoço é incrível! Ficamos sem energia no último dia de estadia mas conseguimos tomar banho quente e as meninas da recepção conseguiram colocar o meu celular para carregar em outra torre. A localização também é ótima e possui estação de metrô na esquina. Super indico e voltaria.

C'était parfait mais il faisais tres chaud. L'hôtel est tres bien situé mais c'est bruyant.

Bra läge! Boendets standard är som förväntat, bodde i privat rum med egen toalett. Trevligt att de städade rummet varje dag, hade inte förväntat mig den service. Glasdörr till toaletten som inte gick att stänga, inget för pryda paret ;)

Pros: good location, nice staff Cons: 1.the toilet is soooo bad, it has no privacy and very smelly at night.(the shower and toilet are in one small room, only cleaned daily) 2.Every morning I wake up, I got more and more bites, I assume they have bed bugs, and it’s really itch and annoying. 3. The room is very small and no air-con, so the noisy fan is working all night

Minha primeira vez no Hostel,foi por uma urgência de última hora gostei muito, bom atendimento, localização bem no centro, melhor local pertisdimo a poucos passos de tudo.Wyarto com 4 camas em beliche para Sras. Camas limpas confortáveis, roupa de cama agradável de boaualidade. Ambiente acolhedor pessoas super educadas muitos jovens, mas também pessoas mais velhas e idosos, Café da manhã simples mas com tudo para uma boa alimentacao até fiquei surpresa pela variedade. Enfim foi uma experiência neste local bem agradável.

It’s old; it’s a lot of stair climbing; well located and serves a great breakfast. Has limited bar. Work being done on premises is noisy. Staff is friendly and professional. Curtained beds for privacy with reading lights. Towel provided. Right on Rossio Square—walk anywhere downtown.

시설은 한국사람이 사용하기에 좀 낙후됐지만 스텝들의 서비스로 충분히 만회가 됩니다. 와이파이 신호가 조금 불안정하지만 근처 스벅에서 무료 와이파이를 쓸 수 있습니다. 다양한 국적의 사람들과 교류할 수 있고 아침식사가 무료인 점도 장점입니다. 현장에서 체류연장을 네고하면 깍아줍니다. 중계 홈페이지 숙박료가 확실히 비쌉니다. 무엇보다 위치가 환상적입니다. 알파마 방으로 달라고 하세요. 단점은 3층이 리셉션이고 4층부터 객실인데 엘베가 없으니 감안하세요.

O quarto ficav no 4andar do prédio sem elevador. Não existia a informação quando comprei. Eu não teria ficado, mas me Disseram que não devolveriam o valor pago. Além disso o valor não foi nada barato para os padrões do quarto.

Acomodação boa, bem localizado, na praça principal do Rossio, muitas lojas na redondeza, bem próxima a rua Augusta onde tem de tudo, variedades de restaurantes, lojas de souvenir, muito bom, café da manhã bem simples mas muito bom, local é bem rústico, única parte ruim é o banheiro compartilhado um por andar.

The property was very nice. The only issue was that there are no elevators in it. You need to walk two flights of stairs just to get to the office. Then our room was two flights of stairs more. Room was nice. No refrigerator or Tv. Great location though. We were across from the Christmas Market at the square. Staffwas very nice and spine good English.
