Bad internet and bathroom not clean.

Perfect for our overnight stay. Clean and spacious room, comfortable bed and no outside noise from traffic. Lovely breakfast. Polite staff.

Don't take a room on the ground floor, you hear EVERYTHING from those STOMPING about upstairs, NEVER staying there again! It's down to the two level NOT having CONCRETE between the 2 floors.

2 members of staff very rude and when asked questions could not answer properly , when you arrive at a hotel after 13hrs of travel you want to feel welcomed and looked after, not here.

Facilities all very good. Staff amazing, friendly helpful. Had an evening meal there excellent quality food. The restaurant layout itself meant a really pleasant peaceful atmosphere. Would stay here again with certainty.

Room was clean and comfortable. Decor needs a freshen up. Stain on carpet, marks on walls and curtains. Issue with toiletries, spoke with staff who were helpful but the lack of toiletries should not affect a guests' stay.

We stayed for 1 night . The room was very clean well appointed and quiet and overall very comfortable. We ate lunch dinner and breakfast which we had pre booked. Breakfast was excellent and great value for money. Lunch and dinner both delicious. All staff were very helpful and attentive and welcoming. We will definitely be back in tbe future. Key poiny for us was the overall value for money and pleasant and very helpful staff. Recommended.

The staff at check-in and at restaurant were friendly and the location was good. However, the room was not well kept. Dirt smudges on the walls, dingy carpet, and the bathroom floors and shower needed to be scrubbed. It was a mediocre hotel room and we were only there one night so it was fine. Breakfast in the morning was well priced and good.
