clean and really good location but my room was level with an alley which was lowkey stressful

O processo de checkin é muito prático, porém é bom saber que, para chegar no local pela estação central de trem e com peso, tem uma ladeira e mais um lance de escadas. O serviço de guarda de bagagem é um quartinho pequeno onde todas as malas ficam amontoadas e ninguém se responsabiliza. A cozinha estava sempre limpa. O box não tem vedação adequada e vaza água por baixo. O quarto não tem onde colocar as bagagens. Ficam no chão.

O self checkin é excelente e super funcional. O apartamento é confortável e estava impecável. A localização é um ponto fortíssimo: colado a uma estação de metrô, a poucos metros de pontos de ônibus e trem. Fizemos tudo a pé. Foi uma ótima experiência.

O hotel é bem localizado, próximo a mercados, restaurantes e estação de metrô/trem. O quarto é confortável. O café da manhã é servido em uma cafeteria próxima e possui várias opções saborosas. Não possui recepção, o que pode ser um inconveniente. Não houve limpeza de quarto e troca de toalhas (ficamos 4 diárias). Recomendo a estadia!

Technology doesn’t work. Fully paid and checked in but system refuses to provide door codes. Finally inside, absolutely filthy. Bed also saggy like a hammock.

It wasn’t convenient and no reception. We got there early and asked to check in early, but they sent email to request additional charges. Also the sofa bed was very uncomfortable to sleep. The room wasn’t clean and I saw a small insect in the floor. I wasn’t catching the picture because it run fast to hide in the wall. Good thing it is the hotel location in the center and easy to access the public transportations. Also the coffee was good Z.

No staff at all, code did not work and took a long time befor I was able to get in to my room. Awful experience.

O quarto era bom, apesar de menor que aparentava nas fotos. Localização ótima, mas não voltaria porque tem muito barulho. O meu quarto ficava em cima de restaurantes/bares e tinha música até 3 da manhã, o que dificultava o sono.

It was cold and a bit loud on the room

Excellent stay! Bob responded immediately and access was so easy. Everything great and so central and close to train and everything you need. Walk to water was really close.

Centrally located, 5 mins from the central station. No prior information about receptionless check-in or the codes needed to enter the hotel and room – a bit stressful when arriving alone late at night. If you have an app, you have to inform the guest about it - regardless of how they booked the room. A perfectly adequate room for those who aren’t too fussed about the details. Some cool touches I appreciated, like a kettle, fridge, yoga mat, day pass with access to a gym, and a charging cable. But – NO cleaning, no rubbish removal, and no replenishment of toilet paper – which gets rather tiresome when staying for five days.

This hotel is in a great location. Even though there is traffic out front, the good quality windows block all noise. The gym that is made available is excellent. Also there is a kitchen where we easily made breakfast. They take care of all details, from quality soaps and toilet paper, to an available outlet converter plug and charger. Simply outstanding.

This is in great location. Easy to go to Metro, bus and tram. Communication with the host was great. Easy to check in and ask questions, respond very fast.

The room was clean and the fact that they actively recycled was awesome. My only complaint was the lack of air con, but they had lots of windows and fans, so we were fine. Great location close to the Metro and Trams.

Room was far too hot for comfort and sleeping was very difficult. One small non opening window, so no chance of getting fresh air. We had two loud fans to make it cooler but then we had a noise problem. The underneath of the sofa bed hasn't seen a cleaner for several years. Kitchen and laundry room were great. CS responsive but unable to do anything. Can't recommend
