because we were Expedia customers, they put us in a lesser category room. I had paid for a premium upgrade and was put in adjoining room with somebody with only a single door between us. We could hear every sound they make, and they could hear every sound that we made.
The hotel first told us that they were completely full when I complained about being an adjoining room made for families or four people traveling together. The poor lady next to us was sick all night, long vomiting, which kept us awake finally, when I stated I was gonna give the hotel a bad review only then did they decide to move us to another room next-door that was completely empty
