This is my second time at this hotel. The rooms were small but clean and all the required amenities except ice. I would stay there again.

Ex ente servicio, muy bien localizado a n paso de la Plaza de España y la Gran Vía. Muy recomendable.

Odaları gerçekten çok küçük. 165 cm boyumla yatakta ayaklarım duvara değiyordu.

Very central location, great staff, however the rooms are extremely small

It is absolutely not advertised properly! This is a hostel, not a 4 star hotel. A lot of people were complaining about the same thing. We were very disappointed with the stay, and very disappointed Expedia didn't help.

hôtel confortable et près du centre (Place d'Espagne et Gran Via). 2 critiques : (1) pas de petit déjeuner, (2) chambre petite (correct en solo mais déconseillé en couple à moins de prendre une chambre plus grande donc plus chère).

Chambre impeccable et propre, plus petite que ce que je pensais avoir mais pour une personne c’est convenable. Dommage que les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées (bruits de ménage le matin)

Ótima localização. O quarto embora pequeno, foi confortável na medida. A posição da cama não era das melhores devido ao tamanho do quarto e quem estava do lado da parede não teria como sair sem pedir para a outra pessoa afastar ou se levantar. Mas isso não foi empecilho, no mais, tudo excelente.

Buenos días, reservé la habitación para 2 noches, la primera no puede ir y cuando fui la siguiente noche me dijeron que no tenia habitación, que me habían cancelado la reserva (que ya tenia pagada) y que no me devolvían el dinero...

El hotel está bien situado, y muy conveniente para conocer Madrid, caminando o tren, es de facil acceso, aunque la habitación son muy pequeña

Hotel perfecto para negocios, muy bien equipado aunque las habitaciones son pequeñas, cama confortable, ubicación perfecta y bien conectada. Limpio y agradable.

Very close to everything friendly staff helpfully and very clean

This property was a fantastic find. My wife and I had booked a different location but once we arrived we decided to stay elsewhere. I looked online and found this gem of a hotel. It's quaint and very comfy. The amenities were good and even has a coffee shop in the lobby. The location was perfect. There's a metro stop right around the corner and most major attractions are within walking distance. I highly recommend Letoh Letoh and would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends or anyone coming to explore Madrid!

nice hotel in the heart of madrid obtained from a recent renovation of a building from the early twentieth century. Kind and helpful staff. The room with dimensions a little too small, but still nice and functional. I highly recommend it.

1) difficulty to secure a quiet room with a clear confirmation before the arrival whereas sufficient information were available at this time. 2) the hotel accepted a very late checking of a group of people at 1:15 am. They stayed in the corridor, struggling to enter into the room with all their suitcases. They woke me up with the noise and had to step in to say STOP. 3) 1 or 2 m2 are missing to feel confortable in these tiny rooms. I didn't know where to store my suitcase. 4) wall plug fixation with screw to fix the shower column = broken!? 5) you can provide a small bottle of water every day. It won't decrease substantially your profit.
