Staff were good. Definitely need upgrading. The sink pipes were leaking and there isn’t an actual shower head in the shower, only one on a stick. Location was good to get around.

Very friendly staff. Comfortable and clean room. Great location. WiFi was not good and I didn’t stay for breakfast. Overall good value esp if you don’t depend on the internet .

Rummen var charmigt rustika och stora. Högt i tak och supernöjda till stan men inte för mycket liv på gatan. Personalen var jättetrevlig och frukosten var även den okej. Hade absolut kommit tillbaka. Städningen var också bra.

El personal del hotel no es tan amable como uno quisiera, a nuestro parecer, el mal trato es por ser nosotros latinos. El A/C es muy malo, funciona bien sólo en la recepción y pasillos de las habitaciones.

Otel biraz eski ama konum olarak çok iyi, tren istasyonuna 5dakikada yürüyorsunuz. Kahvaltı iyi, internet kötü. Cuma sabahı 5:30’da vidanjör geldi ve 1,5 saat gürültüden ve kokudan uyumayı bırak , nefes almak bile zorlanır insan. Bu işi akşam saatinde yaparlarsa daha iyi olur, o nedenle puanımı kırdım.

Room was clean but on the small side (I had a single room and in hindsight I wish I had upgraded to a larger one). Air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was reasonable but unspectacular. Location was very convenient, just around the corner from the main railway station (Firenze Santa Maria Novella) and the tram stop for getting to/from the airport, near to the market and lots of restaurants, and a short walk away from the cathedral.

Friendly staff, knew english and spanish. Breakfast included, simple but delicious. Old/vintage style hotel, nice balcony :).

perfectly located within a five minute walk of the main train station, the hotel provided everything needed. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was included.

The AC was good, the bed was comfy, the shower was hot. The location was amazing right in the heart of the city. Minutes away from everything. Couple of things: the toilet started leaking water after using it and made it dodgy to use the whole time I was there. Also, there was a dead mosquito with a bunch of blood on the wall right by the front door of the hotel room as you walk in. from when someone killed it. But it wasn’t wiped or cleaned off. That was puzzling. This could definitely be improved upon.

Very good experience

Great location but didn’t like how old the hotel was. Needs bringing into the 21st century and get rid of the weird 1980s vibe. Smelt like bathroom/toilet cleaner everywhere and bed really hard and ancient. I guess you’re just paying for the location.

Everything we wanted to see and do was within walking distance.

Breakfast was good, location excellent. Walking distance to train terminal 2-4 minutes, everything was close by

Staff were really great and told us about water repairs and potential for there to be no water. Really apologetic, but it wasn’t their fault. Advised us to have a shower by 10 pm just in case. Property was really close to everything and the room and beds were really comfortable. If you are looking for somewhere to stay that isn’t fancy and trendy, but is homely I would recommend staying here.
