Excelente todo, solo que las piscinas no están climatizadas… principios de mayo y el clima no estaba cooperando y no nos pudimos meter por lo frío que estaba.

Hotel impecable con ubicación junto a un extremo de la playa de Santo Tomás. Todas las instalaciones están como el primer día. Eso sí, la app no está en español y la información de actividades diarias es en inglés y alemán. Tener presente que las actividades son en inglés. Ya que la mayor parte de clientes es de esa nacionalidad.

Gorgeous location and hotel! The clientele was a bit older than me, but I felt comfortable and really enjoyed everything the hotel had to offer. The staff was amazing. Thanks for a great stay.

Amazing staff, great food, clean! In a very nice and quiet area of the island! Has an amazing on call doctor connected to the hotel, who is amazing and extremely kinda and knowledgeable.

Beautiful hotel and area. Stayed with my boyfriend for a few days and we had a great time exploring the island. Our room was clean and the facilities were great. However, we were the only guests under the age of 60 years old. Something to consider when booking your stay. Dinner is not served later than 9:30pm and breakfast no later than 10:30am.

Really well paced hotel, comfy and good price

Not a full 4-star hotel. Amenities in the rooms missing ( body lotion, shower cap). We decided for the half board and the food options very limited and poor quality ( eg. Meat, Vegetables). Location and facilities amazing, very very friendly staff at both reception and restaurants.

Superbe hôtel à tout point de vue, rénovation récente de qualité, gentillesse du personnel qui est aux petits soins, propreté, très bons buffets, calme, magnifique piscine. Petit bémol pour le prof d’aquagym qui a la voix qui porte un peu…dur dur quand on fait la sieste au bord de la piscine😊! Le parking gratuit en face de l’hôtel est un plus.
