Jackhammer work by the hotel by the pool, simulated fire drill without clear information, very disturbing sounds, no compensation, badly isolated rooms, loud noise from neighbouring rooms and outside door. Nice staff.

Amazing stay! The service was 10/10. We loved all the staff who were super helpful and friendly. Rooms were very big and spacious. A slight update in decor would be good and it's a little further to get to the main port and town but we loved our stay regardless.

Really enjoyed our stay at the property, nice area and as we had a car hire it was easy to get around as well as accessible parking. However staff could be more friendly, my partner and I seemed to be the only people of colour the week we stayed. However props to Nacho as he was very nice to us.

Was told this hotel closed, and given a exchanged hotel and told to confirm by email, which i did but received no confirmation, so i rang Expedia to be told original hotel was still open and sent email confirming this, turned up at hotel to find it closed, then went to exchange hotel and was booked in there, €80 euro taxi ride as opposed to €7 euro. Hotel was a total downgrade and the pool was closed 2 out the 4 dsys 0/10 experience

I enjoyed the breakfast, especially the egg station, otherwise seemed a bit dated for a 5 star hotel. The staff were very friendly though

Hotellet ligger lidt uden for Marbella i rolige omgivelser og tilbyder gode parkeringsforhold, hvilket var meget praktisk. Selvom bygningen er lidt ældre og viser tegn på sin alder, var opholdet samlet set behageligt. Personalet er uden tvivl en af hotellets største styrker. De var utroligt imødekommende og hjælpsomme under hele mit ophold. Særligt ham, der tog imod bagagen ved ankomsten, gjorde et stort indtryk med sin venlighed og professionalisme. Desværre var der også nogle områder, hvor hotellet kunne forbedres. Træningscentret var ekstremt mangelfuldt og havde tydeligvis ikke fået opgraderinger i mange år. Det samme gjaldt morgenmaden, som var skuffende og manglede variation og kvalitet. Alt i alt er det et godt sted for dem, der ønsker en rolig beliggenhed og venlig service, men hvis du prioriterer moderne faciliteter og god morgenmad, kan det være værd at kigge andre steder.

Room was lovely, breakfast was amazing and the staff all very helpful. If they could get the ant problem under control in the rooms (we had them in both the bathroom and where the fridge was) then we could give this place 5 stars all round

The property is lovely. The rooms are huge if a little bit dated but really good quality furnishings etc. bad was massive. Unfortunately the weather was foul so didn’t really get much of a chance to enjoy the pool area however the food in the poolside bar was decent. My only criticism re staff is they really pushed you to order which put us off signing there. I like to relax and felt hurried one night sending the staff away 5 times. Once the food had arrived you really had to chase for the bill. I’d stay again. Please just ask the waiting staff to back off a little. I would understand if we ate late but this was always early evening. They were very polite just overly hurrying

Jeg opholdt mig på dette hotel i to nætter og blev så glad for stedet, at jeg valgte at forlænge mit ophold med yderligere to nætter, så jeg endte med at være der i fire nætter i alt. Som par havde vi en fantastisk oplevelse her. Servicen var fremragende, og manden, der hjalp ved indgangen med vores bagage, var utroligt venlig og imødekommende. Alle i receptionen var ligeledes meget venlige og imødekommende – langt over standarden, og det gjorde opholdet ekstra behageligt. Jeg vil anbefale dette hotel til enhver, på grund af den høje grad af høflighed og hjælpsomhed. Morgenmaden var ikke særlig omfattende, men absolut pengene værd. Poolen og haven var smukke og gav en dejlig atmosfære, og der var generelt mange gode faciliteter. Den eneste skuffelse var fitnesslokalet, som desværre ikke levede op til standarden, da maskinerne var ødelagte og det derfor ikke var muligt at træne ordentligt. Men alt andet var så godt, at det opvejede dette lille minus. Rengøringspersonalet var også meget venlige og effektive. Alt i alt var det en rigtig god oplevelse, og jeg kan stærkt anbefale dette sted!

I Certainly Would Not Class this Hotel as a FIVE STAR.

Wonderful place! Beautiful, welcoming, bi-lingual and friendly staff, amazing poolside dining! Best food we had during our travels! Very relaxed environment and friendly wildlife so tame you can feed by hand! Magical!

This was a random book. Was not expecting this property to be absolutely beautiful. I was shook. 10/10

I have read good reviews in the past for this hotel and was looking forward to try it out myself, but now that I have stayed there for a few nights I will likely never come back regardless of the nice staff. Main reason is location, it is next to the highway and having Banùs in its name does not mean that Puerto Banùs is close at all. Fact is that there is no easy way for you to get to Puerto Banùs unless you go by car, bus or taxi. If you go down the street to the beach there is no beach walk and just sand/stones, so you can’t get a nice walk to Puerto Banùs either. The beach walk starts at Playa de San Pedro de Alcantare. Besides that the hotel is outdated. Buttons in the elevators are worn out and the hotel entrance reminds you of the 1980s. Maybe high end then but not now. Room itself was okay, I only heard the highway from my balcony and no highway noise inside the room. WiFi worked great and was really fast. Sad to see that the large balcony was just equipped by 2 metal chairs and a super heavy glass table that was not moveable since the glass was loose and not fixed to its stand. Here you could increase the guest experience ten fold by just putting better and softer furniture on the balcony which else offered very good privacy.
