Muito bom

The breakfast is very good and the room was clean. We found the room to be quite small. There is no closet or dressers so we had to live out of our luggage. I had a gown for a wedding that I was attending but no where to hang it safely. We were supposed to receive a bottle of sparkling wine in our room but it was not present. The shower drain was clogged and it almost flooded the bathroom. However, the staff is amazing and they fixed the shower and brought us sparkling wine. The pool area is so beautiful and we really enjoyed hiking the trail. We were able to see beautiful birds and monkeys.

Hôtel fabuleusement bien situé. Proche de l’entrée du parc des chutes côté brésilien. Équipements super. Staff très professionnel et aimable. Chambre parfaite. Très confortable. Digne d’un 5 étoiles. Rapport qualité prix exceptionnel. Restaurant très bon tant au petit déjeuner qu’au dîner. Vraiment très très bon établissement de standing.

The hotel is at a perfect spot just 5 mins from the park entrance. Friendly personnel, good food, nice pool and hot pot.

Modern property with good amenities near Iguazu Falls. Unfortunately, they did not provide the room we booked (Master Suite), but instead they provided a standard queen room. When we asked for our original room category, they said they don't have availability and provided an alternative of a Junior Suite, which we didn't accept as it was overlooking a wall from all windows. The staff was kind enough to provide some free drinks and free room service for the inconvenience, but no refund was given for the difference in price between the room we booked and the one we were provided with.

Awesome hotel with staff that were kind and patient. A big shout out to Vilmar who took care of my bags and Joao who did my checkout. The attendant at the front desk when I arrived was friendly. The concierge was so helpful. I had a great trip!

Chambre impeccable, bon lit et literie, calme total aucun son pendant la nuit. Le personnel qu’ils soient à la piscine, en salle à manger, au bar ou à la réception et ce des fois sur plusieurs départements au cours de la journée étaient toujours souriant et très aimable. J’aimerais bien y revenir parce que c’est un des plus beaux hôtels que j’ai fait au cours de beaucoup de voyages. De plus à cinq minutes à pied du parc des oiseaux et des chutes brésiliennes.

Belíssimo hotel

Great breakfast. Had dinner in the restaurant and it was very good! You can walk to both the bird part in the entrance to the national park Foz do Iguaçu.
