Clean functional friendly 15 minute walk to trains and shops

Check in was easy. The staff was friendly. The hotel is old, but clean. The air conditioning, microwave, and TV worked fine. There was no housekeeping for our 5-day visit, except when we asked to get new towels and to have the trash taken away. Our room had an updated bathroom, including a jetted tub.

Room was ok nice and clean. Shower was really good. Parking the car is a bit hit and miss. Had to park away from the room. Not a big deal as we didn’t have much luggage and only stayed one night. Overall it was ok.

I was so disappointed with the stay there was rubbish out side my room 11. No table outside and chairs were all torn etc. no microwave very unhappy with

Housekeeping was a little erratic, some days not done , one day only 1 towel left, then one day the whole lot.Rooms could really do with a freshen up or at the least a deep clean throughout.

Rooms were clean just felt they needed an internal spruce up.

Nice clean room, good bed, tv is a bit far from the bed but otherwise no problems at all

Doona is necessary as a cover for the bed in winter time.

Good size room with all required amenities, close to shops and Ringwood Lake park.

Not far from Ringwood station, this older style looking motel was a pleasant surprise stay. Check in was easy, and the room was way bigger than I thought it would be. The mattress was very comfortable as were the pillows. It was probably one of the best beds I've stayed in. Noise didn't bother me, but it is situated along a highway. Shops and food were nearby and didn't have any complaints with the room at all.

Unit is very clean and tidy bathroom nice towel rail was loose and the guy wasn’t in the office to talk to at check-in & checkout. There was a problem with ants that got into our food which we had to throw out, the kettle and our cups and walked over us in our beds. The Bed was extremely firm so we didn’t sleep well both nights. This was our second stay there first time was excellent. This time not so much.

No spare blankets or pillows in the room. Had one damaged light switch and hot water tap did not turn off properly. Other features of the room was good.
