Small room but clean, bathroom OK. Excellent service, the staff was very friendly. Excellent buffet breakfast for 10 E. The location of the hotel is close to the astronomy clock in the old Town.

Bra läge på hotellet men delar av personalen är så otrevliga och saknar service känsla så deras beteende förstörde hela vistelsen. Rummet var inte städat vid ankomsten och detta beskylldes vi för!? När TVn inte fungerade fick vi svaret av kvällspersonalen att det inte var hotellets problem! Jag har aldrig varit med om ett så otrevligt mottagande. Detta gäller dock inte alla som arbetade där, Den unga mannen som försökte hjälpa oss dagen efter och frukost personalen var väldigt trevliga. Det är snarare ett problem hos ledningen som inte har koll

Great location and clean

Spacious, clean room. Good bed with high-quality duvet and pillows. Good-sized shower stall with a door that closes (an American thing, perhaps). Refrigerator. I have to especially recognize the super hospitality of the staff.

Camera grande e pulita, in una dépendance a poche decine di metri dalla struttura principale. Colazione nella media, bagno grande e nella media. Nota dolente: 3 notti su 3 abbiamo dormito a tratti, a causa dei petardi e fuochi d'artificio sparati in strada, proprio sotto la nostra finestra.

This property is great. Just be aware there is no elevator so carrying bags up to the 4th floor is not for everyone. The room was great, its bed and bathroom. The internet access was terrible however and when we brought it to their attention they just said come to the dining room. The internet is an essential today for travelling for work or pleasure and they didn't seem to care. We had also tried emailing and calling the hotel to change our dates prior to arrival... their site says to call but when you do they tell you to email and then just never respond. Fix the internet and the customer service and it would be perfect.

No lift. I was on the third floor. A lot of stairs with a heavy suitcase

Nice small hotel, close the city centre. Positive: good breakfast, nice rooms. Negative: rude staff, bad communication.

Skønt hotel med yderst venligt personale, dejlig varieret morgenmads buffet. Rengøring i top, og rigtig dejlig seng. Kunne dog godt have brugt en rigtig stol på værelset, der var kun skamler.

Notre chambre donnait sur la rue et il y avait un club juste en face. La rue était terriblement bruyante la nuit car des jeunes fêtaient et criaient. Cela nous réveillait. À part ceci, tout était parfait! Belle grande chambre rustique et excellent déjeuner!

Location is great and the boutique style room was lovely. My only negative is the breakfast situation. At the time of booking, I was made aware of the breakfast times via message, and again on arrival, however when we were checking out and about to go for breakfast, I was told breakfast was not included in the price, and it was €10 per person a day (I paid €40 all in all). Had I been made aware of the additional cost, we would have gone elsewhere. The breakfast itself is lovely, I just think there should have been better communication on the hotels part. Would still recommend though

woken up by chambermaids every morning - so forget a lie in on ur holiday — bed was rock hard - bathroom was small but nice - breakfast was good!

Awful

Super hyggeligt centralt beliggende hotel i Pragl i den gamle bydel. Det er et skønt lille hotel med en god service og fint udvalg mht morgenmad. Sengen var god og et godt badeværelse. Minus var man kun kan se tjekkiske kanaler på tv Nu ser man ikke så meget tv i det hyggelige Prag, så det gør ikke så meget. Hotellet bestiller vi igen næste gang. Tak for et hyggeligt ophold.

Schönes kleines Hotel 4 Minuten vom Wenzelsplatz. Viele Restaurants in der Umgebung. Perfekt

The room was pretty basic but nice large bed, bathroom was lovely. View out of the room was nothing to write home about but we werent spending alot of time there. Cant comment on breakfast as didnt include it. Overall it was quiet and clean. However the standout aspect of the hotel is the location - 5 mins walk from the old town square, 15 mins from the castle. Everything was so easy to get to.
