Very basic

I booked this hotel for a one night stay in Lisbon. I booked it on the basis of its position near to metro and bus routes. It was a good basic hotel, with clean rooms and extremely helpful staff. The breakfast was simple but fine. It was extremely good value. I was pleasantly surprised by the high standards and helpfulness, the only negative aspect was that for me, the bed was too firm!

Gammelt hotel og ikke blevet moderniseret siden de byggede hotellet vil jeg tro. Morgenmaden var ikke særlig god. Tæt på Marques Pombal metrostationen og i gåafstand til centrum og byens attraktioner.

Old washrooms Terrible shower

Nous avons récupéré une chambre très propre et qui sentait très bon à notre arrivée. Chaque jour le personnel intervenait avec toujours la même motivation, chambre et salle de bain nettoyées et parfumées.

Alojamiento anticuado pero muy bien de precio

Un établissement bien positionné, le personnel est acceuillant et disponible. Petit dejeuner copieux.

Struttura comoda per raggiungere il centro con stazione metro vicina. Colazione compresa non molto varia ma soddisfacente. Parcheggio compreso di fronte all'hotel o nel parcheggio interno. Personale molto gentile.

No habia luz en el baño, ni luz al lado de la cama. Pero bueno está bien para quedarse una noche y no pasar frío.

excelente ubicación, muy cerca de la milla de oro lisboeta y se puede llegar caminando en 15 minutos a Rossio. Tiene metro muy cerca El personal muy amable

When I booked this hotel I was worried that it would be very old and smelly (mold) but when I got to my room I was surprised by how clean and spacious the room was…just needs some updating tho (old fashion curtains/bedding/carpet) but everything worked perfectly during my stay. Very good location. Breakfast was good too and with plenty of options. Very good value for money!

Die Einrichtung entspricht den Bildern. Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstück wäre ausreichend für einen guten Start in den Tag. Allerdings ist das Geschirr extrem dreckig. Im Hotel ist es sehr laut. Hellhörige Wände und laute Schränke. Das Fenster lässt sich lediglich ein Spalt öffnen. Die Lage ist nicht schlecht, da es nur wenige Meter zur Metro sind und ein paar Restaurants zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Personal ist freundlich. Definitiv zu hoher Preis für dieses Angebot.

Quite nice budget hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms. The shower was bad, though; it was not possible to shower without getting your hair wet as well. Breakfast was extremely basic: no tomato or cucumber, no lactose-free alternatives for milk or yoghurt. 24-hour reception was a plus.

We stayed here on 2 different occasions during our stay in Portugal. They only have rooms with single beds but will push them together for you upon request. The hotel is dated but overall is clean. The shower curtains are installed too close to the tub so when you turn the shower on the breeze makes it stick to your body...annoying but not a deal breaker. The breakfast was good and had tarts every morning!! This hotel is about a 20 min walk from Rossio Square or about a 6 euro cab ride. Theres also a great little sushi restaurant across the street. Check out is noon but they let us stay until 1 for free because of the tume of our flight. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again

Hotel bastante antiguo y viejo,tendrían que renovar mobiliario y baños,colchones duros y vistas horribles,ruidos de golpes y del aire acondicionado de los años 80. El garaje muy estrecho y si te quedas sin plaza,fuera es zona azul. Buffet muy escaso y repetitivo,lo mejor la chica joven que te atiende,no para de trabajar y es muy amable.

Quise tomar una manzana del desayuno 15 mins antes de las 7am que abrín , estaban preparando, para irme al aeropuerto y no me dejaron. Era una manzana!!!!!

There was a problem with latch on door that made it difficult to close.

The bed was the most disappointing part but the rooms also need a refurb at the price they charge for a 3 star you expect a little more
