Breakfast was great. Service was nice and pleasant. Great front desk staff. Secure. The location was awesome. Clean. Bathroom was clean and the water pressure was great and hot. Cleaning service was so friendly. This is a very great place to stay with a great staff. You can not beat the location. We stayed in room 30 and it was very spacious for 5 people.

El desayuno es abundante y variado buenísimo. La atención es buena. Me dejaron la habitación antes. Tienen servicio de guarda equipajes gratuito. Lo único malo el baño compartido muy pequeño sin espacio para dejar la ropa. La calefacción muy fuerte en la habitación aunque le di a apagar seguía fuerte. Está muy céntrico con restaurantes al lado.

We booked the hotel for two nights ,at the arrival we were greeted by a lovely gentleman,our room was clean ,nice and warm, we will be definitely coming back ,thank you for making our stay in Venice perfect !!! Grazie

Enjoyed our stay, interesting hotel, good morning breakfast. Lots of stairs, not suited for those with difficulty walking. Could use a safe.

It was a very nice hotel. Rooms were spacious with big windows. No elevator which was to be expected. The breakfast was good in the morning. Cant go wrong with Cappuccino and pastrys in the morning! Decent location. Bit far from everything but again its never easy with the amount of walking and how much luggage you brought. I probably wpuld have chosen either closer to the train station next time just to keep our walking with our luggage to a minimum.

Family owned property thats offers basic, safe lodging for good value. The breakfast table is outstanding! The location is away from the usual tourist neighborhoods but the nearby waterbus is 10 minutes from Rialto or St. Marks. Dorsoduro neighborhood.

All the staff were kind and pleasant to talk to and provided a great service. I had a great experience staying at Tivoli as a solo traveller :)

My room was cozy, comfortable, with a view of the courtyard. Breakfast was decent, with a selection of pastries, chees/cold cuts, yogurt/cereals. It provided enough variety to start the day. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Their friendly demeanor really enhanced my stay. The location is not too busy/noisy, but convenient for walking to most attractions. I would consider returning if I'm in Venice again.

A beautifully old-fashioned hotel in the centre of the Dorsoduro district. My room was small but comfortable, and a decent breakfast was included in the price of the room. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Overall, very good value for money considering the location, and would recommend this hotel to others.

Basic facilities but clean with a comfortable bed. Good location for restaurants and water travel. Told that the AC not working so suffered mosquito bites as had to leave the window open. Served a purpose

Great staff and easy check in and out

This hotel is in a great location right by the water and within easy walking distance of public transport (train station, bus and ferry) and the town centre. The hotel was clean and tidy and I enjoyed the breakfast.

Not very close to grand canal. Lot of stairs with no lift. Staff was helpful and nice and property is fine but if you’re getting up there in age it’s a bit inconvenient that’s all
