This is an incredible hotel for families - child friendly, clean, and wonderful facilities. There is a small indoor play zone with someone who looks after the kids. The breakfast buffet is fantastic. The indoor pool is lovely. Everyone that works here is the kindest! My family and I had a wonderful stay

The breakfast is in different building You have to walk-3minutes Also is not any rain protection when going to car with suitcases

I booked a junior suite with 2 of my friends but upon checking in the lady at the reception gave us another much smaller room, then after going back down and talking to her she gave us the room we actually paid much extra for. This hotel is not a 5 star as they say, it’s nothing like a 5 star. Rooms are not as the website shows and the jacuzzi had only very cold water. Other than that, it was just ok. Would I visit again? No.

Really pleased and delighted with our stay! Staff were very friendly. Room and facilities were clean and modern. The spa was also lovely. The lake view was absolutely stunning! The pictures dont do justice. You have to see it for yourself!

Wir haben ein Upgrade bekommen und hatten zu viert als Familie eine tolle Zeit. Das Personal ist durchweg sehr nett, das Hotel an sich sehr schön und das Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall nochmal zurück.

Incredibly beautiful property. The view is stunning, the pools are amazing! The rooms were nice and quiet, well sound proofed and the curtains were nice and darkened if you needed to sleep in late. Unfortunately I wasn't able to visit the spa but it looked amazing and I'm sure, like everything else it was exactly as shown and described. Highly recommend!

Booked 2 nights for a JUNIOR SUITE, was given a regular room for the price of the suite. NOT impressed

Great hotel! Unfortunately the pool wasn’t open until a couple days before we left. Food was good and rooms were clean. Overall, our family enjoyed our time spent.

Indoor pool, sauna and steam room are nice but not included in the stay. Our air conditioning did not work after multiple attempts to turn it on and the room was so warm we had to open the balcony door. Our friends staying there experienced the same issue with their a/c. The breakfast had a good selection and staff were friendly overall. Great view!

The hotel is beautiful, the staff is kind, but sime things that they show like the internal pool requires extra pay. I never pay to use the pool in any hotel that i stayed in my life, and i stay in more thas 20 hotels a year.

We loved everything about the hotel. It was truly a 5 star, luxury hotel. We booked a Seaview room - the room and bathroom were modern and luxurious with a rain shower , bathrobes, fluffy towels and everything you would expect. When we walked in, the lobby was grand, check-in was a breeze, and service was excellent. There is even a hair salon and separately a spa which was wonderful. Breakfast was plentiful and the pool was nice with cabanas and lounge chairs. It’s on the seaside and an easy walk to restaurants and shops on the boardwalk. We absolutely loved it and would stay again !

It’s a basic hotel. Rooms are dated and the beds uncomfortable. The elevator was not working when we got there. Our room was ok.. booked waterview and we got a partial view. It’s quite far from the old town you need a car. Breakfast is great. The rooms are small they definitely do not fit 4 people and we had a junior suite.

The view, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast. The spa pool lovely, massage was what I needed!

The hotel is well located at 10-15 min drive from Kastoria facing the lake. The photos were taken a while ago and the hotel could use some renovation and update. Bedding is ok but not great, room is spacious, there is no laundry facility, the inside pool does not open before 2pm and cost 10 euros per day. Overall good stay but was expecting better.
