Chambre inadéquate : contenait des lits pour 5 personnes alors que réservation pour 2. On a dû insister pour qu'ils viennent enlever tous les lits d'appoint, sinon on ne pouvait pas rentrer avec les valises. Absence flagrante de personnel suffisant : la réceptionniste et le barman sont venus déménager la chambre... On a dû réclamer les peignoirs. Quant au petit déjeuner : moins qu'en cafétéria. Que des produits de mauvaise qualité, du bas de gamme industriel (jus d'orange est de la poudre diluée) et du décongelé, le pain explose en miettes. Nous sommes partis avant la fin prévue de notre séjour : 1 nuit c'était déjà assez. Veut se donner des airs de 5 étoiles mais ne les mérite absolument pas !

All staff superb both at reception and throughout the property. Rooms large and immaculate with all amenities. Property superb. Location peaceful and relaxing with balcony and view of the lake. Only 5 mins by car to Kastoria town. 8-10 Euros by taxi. Would have liked to stay longer if we had the time.

This is an incredible hotel for families - child friendly, clean, and wonderful facilities. There is a small indoor play zone with someone who looks after the kids. The breakfast buffet is fantastic. The indoor pool is lovely. Everyone that works here is the kindest! My family and I had a wonderful stay

The breakfast is in different building You have to walk-3minutes Also is not any rain protection when going to car with suitcases

I booked a junior suite with 2 of my friends but upon checking in the lady at the reception gave us another much smaller room, then after going back down and talking to her she gave us the room we actually paid much extra for. This hotel is not a 5 star as they say, it’s nothing like a 5 star. Rooms are not as the website shows and the jacuzzi had only very cold water. Other than that, it was just ok. Would I visit again? No.

Really pleased and delighted with our stay! Staff were very friendly. Room and facilities were clean and modern. The spa was also lovely. The lake view was absolutely stunning! The pictures dont do justice. You have to see it for yourself!

Wir haben ein Upgrade bekommen und hatten zu viert als Familie eine tolle Zeit. Das Personal ist durchweg sehr nett, das Hotel an sich sehr schön und das Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall nochmal zurück.

Incredibly beautiful property. The view is stunning, the pools are amazing! The rooms were nice and quiet, well sound proofed and the curtains were nice and darkened if you needed to sleep in late. Unfortunately I wasn't able to visit the spa but it looked amazing and I'm sure, like everything else it was exactly as shown and described. Highly recommend!

Booked 2 nights for a JUNIOR SUITE, was given a regular room for the price of the suite. NOT impressed

Great hotel! Unfortunately the pool wasn’t open until a couple days before we left. Food was good and rooms were clean. Overall, our family enjoyed our time spent.

Indoor pool, sauna and steam room are nice but not included in the stay. Our air conditioning did not work after multiple attempts to turn it on and the room was so warm we had to open the balcony door. Our friends staying there experienced the same issue with their a/c. The breakfast had a good selection and staff were friendly overall. Great view!

The hotel is beautiful. Service and cleaniness foe this property is the BEST!!!!Friendly staff.
