The location was fantastic! Not overly crowded like a few miles down the beach. The beach was pristine and there were plenty of chairs and umbrellas available. The hotel was very clean and most of the staff was quite nice and accommodating. I only have 2 complaints-I booked a sea view room but had no view of anything. My biggest complaint though is that the bed had to be the most uncomfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on. It was about 2 inches thick and rock hard.

Love this place, stayed here with my family is 4 rooms total, they were friendly, the place was clean, the pool/beach were amazing and it was great to get into town. Tip: don’t be afraid to use the bus, it’s an air conditioned tour bus, will save you a lot in taxis as the charge is ~25 euro each way.

Very good breakfast, fantastic pool, and great beachside loungers and service! You will read 30 euros for 2 loungers and umbrella, but that’s a minimum spend on food and drinks for the set of chairs, not a fee to use them. That was a very welcome surprise! The waiters will come right to your chaise and the price is the same as at the hotel. Great experience! We didn’t use the hot tub. It didn’t seem super clean and it wasn’t very hot. Although, with the heat outside, most would probably prefer it not be super hot.

Breakfast was awesome! Plenty of options for everyone! Staff was very helpful and friendly!

Overall I’d give this hotel a 3/5. The suites are beautiful, the location is fantastic, and visually the hotel delivers the luxury Greek island aesthetic shown online. However, the stay was undermined by numerous smaller yellow flags, hidden costs and inconsistencies that gradually chipped away at what could otherwise have been an excellent experience. Pros * Beautiful, stylish and comfortable suites & beds * Excellent location near the beach * Lovely atmosphere Cons * The biggest issue is the disconnect between the luxury branding and the actual guest experience. There’s a few hidden costs and “low cost” model tactics which don’t align with how the hotel markets itself. The hotel also markets itself as a calm luxury retreat, but both pools were often dominated by loud kids with no quieter space available - they should dedicate one pool to families and one to relaxation. * WiFi was nowhere near the advertised 500mbps and was unstable throughout the stay. * The “private beach” advertised was misleading. I was told I needed to spend at least €30 despite already staying at the hotel, especially as nearby beach bars charged less - this was not advertised on Expedia or their website. Food here was bland and basic. * Housekeeping was inconsistent and intrusive at times - there’s no “DND” or “please make up” signs, and at one point housekeeping barged into a locked room at 8:45 on a Sunday, then didn’t return when asked to later. Water/coffee wasn’t topped up regularly.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Aegean Palace. Wow! Clean and comfortable accommodations of 2 bedroom suit with private pool were excellent for our family. It is about a minute walk to the beach with umbrellas, beach chairs/beds and towels provided by the hotel. There is onsite restaurant that serves breakfast buffet and sit to order lunch and dinner, the food was absolutely delicious. The burrata salad and Naxian Angus beef burger with truffle aioli deserves special attention, it was an absolutely brilliant master piece. As an American, I can recommend to try it. The hotel also provides free shuttle to ferry and airport. The bus stopped next to the beach steps away from the hotel that made it easy to get to port, downtown and tour locations. Highly recommend staying here when visiting Naxos One thing to mention is there were some undeveloped areas underway in the walkway to the beach, hopefully will be complete soon!

The hotel's hospitality was suberbed. Very polite staff and very accommodating to my wishes. Their breakfast presentation was super Daily fresh bread,sweets various milks ,juices for everyone's taste. Clean and well decorated dinning room with beautiful views to the pool and beach.

We were given an upgrade and the room was perfect. We had a great time.

This place is amazing!! We had issues at another hotel and had to leave after the first night with our entire family. We went over to AP and they took care of us from the second we stepped foot on the property. First cass service all the way around. They have a great restuarant, two pools, two bars and loungers on the beach, which is a 2 minute walk from whatever room you have. We had the best time there and it salvaged what was about to become a very expensive and unpleasant situation at another hotel. This place is a MUST STAY experience on an amazing beach with everything within walking distance.

he Naxos Royal Taxi service we used while at this hotel was amazing! They also had an affiliation with an excellent laundry service called Mr. Bean – so affordable, fast, and efficient. There were two young male bartenders who were fantastic in the property’s bar! Unfortunately, there were some other staff—what appeared to be management—who would sit around a table in the open bar/restaurant area at night, giving off an unwelcoming vibe. When we came into the resort just before the bar closed at midnight, they would almost look us up and down as if we were some kind of alien inconvenience. At one point, my fellow traveller even had to say, “Hi! A hello would be nice!” Go to Three Brothers beside the resort for souvlaki- best we had on Naxos. Ervine “Vinny” is hilarious sandals welcoming! Tables in the sand! pool was cold. Room a tad small but nice balcony. cleaners banged on door, came into bathroom while I was in there after my partner them I was in there.

Anlage war sehr sauber, Personal alle sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksangebot war sehr gut. Die Liegen waren an beiden Pools kostenlos, nur am Meer war ein Mindestverzehr erforderlich. Die Zimmer waren sauber, allerdings war die Einrichtung sowie die Bäder etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Dennoch ein Hotel, das zu empfehlen ist. Das Meer war sehr sauber und klar, Bars und Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar.

We enjoyed our stay hotel is located right near the beach . It is just a cross the road. Only complaint is that you have to pay extra for your chair or bed even if you staying at the hotel. room was updated and very comfortable we booked the suite . Pool was spotless . We got pool towels that had holes and very old and were told these are for our whole stay they do not change them .Good selection at breakfast. Staff are super friendly. Lobby is very outdated but very clean. There are quite a few good restaurants in walking distance with views of the ocean . A mini market and just a few shops in some of the restaurants. Naxos town is about a 20 min drive .
