Really comfortable and great staff

No water bottles in room… had to buy some at the bar. Dirty bathroom with hair on walls. Child size desk in room. So so food. Does have nice river views though.

Everything was excellent. One minor comment is the menu is limited. Staff were very good and even sent tea and cake to room on arrival. Nice touch!

We did enjoy our stay. It’s in a lovely location and the hotel was spotless. Rooms are a good size, comfy beds and great shower. Breakfast was really lovely. The main dining room for dinner could do with a major update, lighting is very harsh and it was a bit dated. Other than that it’s a lovely place

Interesting decor

Lovely hotel. Very clean. Excellent and very friendly service. Nice view out to the garden and river. Bed wasn't the comfiest but everything else was great. We had a lovely relaxing break away. We also really enjoyed the swimming pool and treatments in the leisure centre.

Kitchen and service staff very accommodating and hard working. Comfortable beds , large rooms.

This hotel is absolutely lovely, and the grounds are picturesque. They have a beautiful activity center that features a beautiful swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, and there's even a gym. It was all very nice; however, it almost didn't happen for us because YOU GUYS didn't pass our reservation along to them and when we got there with our paperwork in hand, they didn't have a reservation for us in their system. They scrambled and got us a room--saved the day for us--but Hotels.com dropped the ball and almost cost us this opportunity.

Our stay was for a family wedding. Hotel was spotless . Staff were freindly . Rooms view was lovely

The hotel was very nice and clean and staff was very polite and helpful. Thought that it was very overpriced for what it is. Had a lovely massage that was very well worth it.

The Minella is a lovely spot on the river. We had a very nice, large room on the second floor, which was very comfortable. It's a great place.
